    Worked for a while but constantly cut out requiring multiple power resets. This product was obviously defective out of the box. Not something I expected from Netgear.

    3 star rating cause I can't use it to provide proper feedback. The modem sounds like it is decent and from what i can tell it probably would work well. I use Buckeye-broadband and this modem does not work on their network. It fails the provisioning. Buckeye tech said that they saw the CM2000 on the network and then another buckeye-tech said 100% it won't work on their network. It didn't work for me. Make sure you get confirmation from your ISP before purchasing. Netgear support was great but without Buckeye's help there wasn't much they could do. Hopefully I can sell it to someone that can use it.
