Good modem easy and works good with spectrum. Awesome

Fastest per the tech sites, but ive experienced lag issues. I had zero issues on a arris 6190 doc 3.0. The modem runs but im curious about the newer docsis 3.1 arris modem. Anyways not quite a negative review but I pay for comcasts fastest internet just under business plan. So idk

Great modem! Just please be aware that you also must have a router in order to get wi-fi. Might be common sense to some, but we goofed up and had to go buy a router a few days later.

I bought this modem in July 2021 to replace my 6 year old Motorola modem. It was working good for about 6 months until it stopped connecting to the internet. The only thing that the modem does is that the lights flash really fast and I have gone through many steps to troubleshoot the issue, but nothing has worked. From what I read online, it's probably a hardware problem and a few people have been having the same issue and needing to get replacements. I'm currently waiting to get it replaced and their online technical support takes awhile to help you out right away. (It took over a week to get my replacement request approved) Other than that the modem was easy to set up and the connection speeds were really nice, but when you pay over $200 for a modem that only last 6 months and comparing it to a modem that costed $100 that lasted around 6 years... is a little disappointing. I know I probably wasn't lucky with this one, so I hope the replacement last as long as my old Motorola one. Right now I would rate this 2 stars and recommend a different modem or get an extended hardware warranty through Best Buy if you choose to get it. Until I get the replacement modem and have it for more than 6 months, I'll be keeping this rating at 2 stars.

This modem in combination w/ the eero mesh router significantly increase my WiFi coverage and reduced my Xfinity cost. In-store personnel were very helpful & knowledgeable.

Best cable modem you can buy. With this bad boy, I went from 680mbps to 1.2gbps on Spectrum's Gig plan.

I had to replace my modem and this product was recommended by my engineer neighbor who i figured knew his stuff in this category. I am not disappointed.

Had some problems hooking up. Gave a few days and tried again with success. Netgear support is good. They follow-up. I've had a few dropped connections. Not sure if it's the modem or internet provider.

This cable modem is better than paying for one from the cable company’s. The only issue is with Xfinity, you have to give them the info so they can add it to their infrastructure. They need it to reset your device when the power goes out.

I was having problems with buffering streaming programs and decided to upgrade my modem as well as my router. The Nighthawk 32x8 DOCSIS 3.1 cable modem has fit the bill! No more buffering and faster loading of shows. Much improved wifi throughout my house. Worth the money!

So far it has worked well. The real test will be longevity, so that will take a while.

So far, so good. Needed this to start upgrading my network to take advantage of the higher speeds. Have had good luck with Netgear equipment. If you have Xfinity 1200 internet, I would recommend this modem.

I really nice modem for the money. I could have gone better but I did not want to spend major bucks this go around. Netgear as always served me right. The xfinity install guy was like great modem. This will do the task.

First one bricked but the replacement seems to be one of the best modems I have ever had. Best buy gave no hassle and it was an easy exchange.
