Replaced a CM1000 modem. Easy to setup. Comcast/Xfinity compatible. Seriously fast. Solid connection, Runs very cool.

I like this product. I love how I am able to set up guest wifi that way when we have a lot of guests over the wifi speeds won’t slow down due to everyone’s devices on the same network.

Have not encountered connectivity issues since purchase. Although my place is smaller so it works reliably well. Can support wifi6 modems. Works with xfinity and is very easy to set up

Setup was way too easy compared to what it used to take to set up a WiFi network. Using it in conjunction with a Netgear Nighthawk modem an the network is incredibly fast and reliable.

This cable modem is one of the best. I returned the one I was getting from the cable company and it will save me money over time.

Im getting gig speeds for both my hard wired ethernet cable and also ftim myv5g Wi-Fi.

I bought this to replace a 5 year old Arris. Got it home, provisioned it with the cable company, downloaded the firmware update, and it bricked out of the update. Went back to swap it out, and 6 months 3 days later, the modem is bricked. Same indicator as the first one: all lights fast-flashing. Netgear can replace this and the replacement will sit in a box in case of emergency, but I'm going back to Arris TODAY!

Stopped working after 8 months. Called Netgear. Spent an hour on the phone. They strongly encouraged me to purchase their online chat support service which I declined. Since I am still within the one year warranty period they are sending a new one to me but I still have to pay shipping cost. I hope this one lasts longer than the first since it wasn’t an inexpensive product.

Everything’s working just like it was supposed to.

Install was easy...getting Xfinity to recognize it and accept it was not. Spent a couple of hours with them to get everything squared away.

Paired with the mesh WiFi system this has been great for my gigabit speed home internet. One of the best options on the market. Downside is only one Ethernet port.

It was time to get my own cable modem as I was tired of renting from my ISP - it also it compatible with my mesh system which made the specific model a no brainer.

Had crappy wifi with spectrums provided equipment. Got this and now we get 100mbs or more. Worth the investment

Super Upgrade to telework in today's world. You will need to call your cable provider if you are upgrading from an old one. Once we got them on the phone it was easy.

Got this item on sale and very happy I decided to go with this modem. Havent had any issues with the internet. Plus I dont have to pay Cox every month.
