    I bought this modem in March 2022 at the Gaithersburg Best Buy. Had to get Comcast to install this modem because it turned out it was refurbished and not new. The previous owner's name was still listed as the owner. I was not informed, thought I was purchasing a new and not refurbished modem. I ended up paying full price for a used item.

    This thing is a beast. Only has one Ethernet port on the back though so get an unmanaged switch if you wanna hardwire more than your router.
