Works well so far now I just have to upgrade my router.

A very good Modem. Increased my total bandwidth and consistency across rooms.

Started out as a great modem, but over time started to lose signal, and bogged down my network

My Netgear was a product that it had to be purchase so that my internet was working properly. I’m upgraded my internet to 10g and it sometimes seems to be working properly, but it sometime didn’t. I honestly don’t know.

Worth the money...Netgear makes the best systems, would not buy anything else.

I’m not sure how or why the NETGEAR team even released this product. I purchased this on 6/17/23 to replace a CM1200 which worked great for years. After installing this, it worked great initially until I woke up to flashing lights on 6/20. Like many other reviews online this modem bricked out of nowhere. Switching this off and on as well as resetting does absolutely nothing, lights keep flashing. Although not a big fan of Arris ended up purchasing that instead and now have to return this $300 paperweight. NETGEAR should have never been allowed to put this junk on the market. Save yourself the headache and stay away.

Great help in getting great internet at our house. We needed a better connection to the internet and this worked well.

This thing is a total workhorse very dependable can handle a lot of incoming so I would highly recommend it

Set up was a little difficult. I had to call my internet provider and then net gear. Once I got it set ip and working, the speed was faster that what I pay for from xfinity internet

This modem is the perfect edition to our google nest wifi system.

Works perfectly fixed the problems of the charter modem

I've always been happy with Netgear products. I've only had one failure before a year was up, and I've bought many of them. This has been no exception. It's a quality product, and it supports my Comcast Service of 1200 MBPS download.

Great cable modem has a lot of nice features. I really like that it has a 2.5 port at the back of it.

Netgear is a great product and the only product we purchase when looking for a router/modem.

Great speeds & connectivity for about a year & a half. Others seemed to have great luck with it. In our case, though, it just simply died unexpectedly. No power surges or other event, it just dropped connectivity. Initially worked with ISP to troubleshoot (xfinity), and they confirmed it was in fact the modem that died. Given the high price tag, I was really disappointed at the short service life. FWIW, xfinity tech said he's seen it a lot with Netgear products. Something about their signal strength overpowering & eventually overheating the board. He recommended the Arris line (which is also what they rent out here if you use their equipment). I can't confirm if that's legit or not, but this one did die an early death.
