    It was defective item. It is the most expensive but it is wait my time. Finally , got the surfboard S33. It was really good. Easy and fast.

    Unit worked well out of the box and continued for about 3 months. Shortly before the included service agreement was up, the unit started having drop outs. I reached out to the NG technical support which was very time consuming which directed me to my ISP. ISP verified all lines and signals. NG Technical Support then decided to RMA the unit which was replaced with a Remanufactured one (you pay for the return on the RMA). Replacement unit having issues as well. Good thing I have another modem, while I continue to jump through hoops.
