We purchased this on a trade-in program. Unfortunately not equipped for Spectrum phone accounts, but easy to run a data router and a trlephone touter.

Voip works so my landlines are fully functional and we got full gigabit speeds 1200mbps

Speeds are great. I have 800 mbps plan and usually get 780 to 950 mbps with an ethernet desktop. No problems with the phone part. It is an expensive modem (-1/2 star) and took a little longer to connect with xfinity, nothing terrible but had to use their mobile app instead of just using my desktop. Look for it on sale and use the 15% off trade in network equipment program. Happy with purchase

Great modem and really easy to setup. I have Xfinity so it took one phone call for them to add the MAC address.

Well there was little choice as we wanted a ‘Comcast’ suitable router that had a voice/phone option; however, this was an exact model replacement for one that failed in use. I’m not used to replacing these units until they become outdated and this one had not.

Just what the doctor ordered. It gave me the boost in speed over the old one.

This is an EXCELLENT modem. Replaced an old Arris modem with this model and have no complaints. Some people may think this modem is a little expensive, but this beast is well worth the money!!!!

Modem was easy to hook up. Called Xfinity to start modem and complete set up for phone. Works well with Xfinity. Requires a router if WIFI is need throughout space.

Has worked great from the start. Installation was easy to follow using the included directions. Saved around $25 on monthly Comcast bill so it will pay for itself after a year.
