    Purchased this product on 4/26/19. The device stopped working around Christmas. Went online to Netgear Tech support to do a claim and was told to call in for replacement. When I called in tech support informed me they had to troubleshoot the device before replacement but would not troubleshoot it for me unless I first agreed to sign up for their gearhead service which starts at $49 for 3 months. What a joke. Buy at your own risk.
