Faulty?

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the second time I've gotten this device and had it die in just over a year, I bought it in august 2020 and it died suddenly today and I bought another prior to that which died about a year later as well. It worked amazing up until that point but I am not happy about this and not sure I trust this product anymore.
