Not worth it

This should only be used for non-demanding devices. I tried to substitute a wifi card on my PC with this because it looked sleek. I was disappointed to say the least. Never used it and didn't even bother returning.

Keeps disconnecting, not satisfied.

I am on windows 10, and I have looked up and tried everything to get this to work and nothing seems to work. I am going to give up and return this because it keeps disconnecting.

Not a smart idea
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Immediately after opening the box the stand that comes with this item was broken, it kept disconnecting from the WiFi every 2 minutes. Took the item off the stand and instead had it plugged into my computers USB port and a not even a week in the nighthawk also starts disconcerting . Awful item would not recommend

wifi gear

I just gave up on it since there is no simple way to get it to work. Maybe works great for others but not for me.

Drops connection under heavy load

Was able to eventually get it working after spending hours researching and trying different cables/ports. NETGEAR support is horrible. Will never willingly buy their products again.

Bad USB Adapter

Apparently the software is so picky on USB chipset. Do not even try it with USB 2.0 and for 3.0 it is 50-50 based on what chipset you have.

Not much range

Positioned about 30 feet from my router 2 rooms away with very few obstructions and it does not pick up full signal. Get about 200 mbps max.
