too many drops

I had to unplug and plug this week. got fed up with it. not happy with this item

Software would not install

Called tech support and was on-hold for 1.5 hours then I finally hung up, drove to the store and returned.

Problematic

Constantly disconnected from the internet crap signals and has froze my computer multiple times. Go buy a 20$ adapter and I'm sure it'll be better than this garbage.

The "solution" was not workable for my situation. I would recommend searching this bug and possible solutions before purchasing this product.

It did NOT work.

I returned it. I will not buy this device nor would I recommend it.

Design flaw

WiFi Adapter: Manufacture Issue

I think there is an issue with how the product was built. After using this for several weeks, it started disconnecting me from WiFi randomly. Sometimes it would be after an hour or so, or every 30 seconds. But guaranteed it would disconnect be after every computer restart. The problem too was that after it would disconnect from the WiFi, you could no longer reconnect until you ran the Windows Troubleshooter over the adapter. I looked up every possible information on the internet I could find and tried it. Nothing worked. Please do not buy this product as it seemed to be happening to a lot of people. Although when not disconnecting me from WiFi, it did work great.

No driver support for windows 10
