didn't work, Netgear support recommended returning

Windows 10 showed that the adapter was plugged into the USB socket, but the driver installer never found the device. Calling Netgear support we went through a few troubleshooting scenarios after which they said the device was defective and to return to the store. Truthfully I've had issues with Netgear hardware before so this really didn't surprise me - I was hoping that this would be different. I ended up buying another adapter and have been working trouble free since.

Good for windows, not Linux
