We have a router in the basement and this always has at least 3 bars across the house. I haven't had dropped connection issues like I've had with other usb wifi adapters, and hopefully won't in the future.

I only use it when I need it.

This one does an even better Job staying connected and it’s a brand I trust! Shipped within 24 hours. Very happy!

Pretty good WiFi adapter

This adapter is pretty good, I just plug it into the usb 3.0 port and performance is only 10 - 20% worse than an Ethernet cable and its connect is very reliable.

I reboot computer and every time I get a no signal. To purchase this item you definitely need a little knowledge with computers beyond the basic.

When it did work it worked well but it would last 15 minutes

Great for a tower without bluetooth/wifi

So, I purchased this and have been happily cable-free! It's truly powerful and has a very heavy, magnetic base (keep it away from your other electronic devices!).

Fast and reliable

I tried several others and the speed was horrible. The extra long cord really helps to place it in an ideal spot.

Easy Setup

There were a few times the signal cut out for a few seconds but it was mostly solid. I now keep as a backup since I decided to go with Ethernet Over Power.

Wireless adapter for regular purpose
