Great Product - compatible with xfinity internet. So you don't have to pay the modem loan fee. The only thing I would consider an inconvenience is that every time it is unplugged you have to register it with xfinity. It might be a company issue, not a modem issue.

The WiFi range is good even though I am using it for a 4 story house including basement and very easy to setup on your own without much tech knowledge.

I have 13 devices running off this modem/router and have noticed zero lag. Simple to set up. My only complaint would be that the nighthawk app never works, have spoken to netgear and it sounds like they have no plans on fixing it. Netgear geenie works for the most part but I haven't found a way to check/update the firmware.

My son is a big gamer he loves the speed it also serves whole house

It is very nice to have a all in one unit for a cleaner installation, just a power cord and the coax. Speed is super fast, I get better than advertised speeds so I can't complain. Only negative is you can't update the firmware yourself, Comcast has to allow you to do it with an update. But outside of that, pretty awesome piece of equipment.

I wanted my own router to offset the fee from comcast (14 a month). So in 16 months it will be free and worth the hassle. No problem purchasing this-recommended by staff. My only quibble is the pandemic-a pain in the buttocks not to be able to shop in the store. However, it's the virus, not Best Buy's fault.

Great Router. No complaints. I got this after my Router blew out and I will not invest anything other then Nighthawk now.

Purchased as a replacement for a Netgear router that failed after only 3 years. Previously, we never had a problem with Netgear. So far, this router is working very well with no issue Setup was easy while following directions. We are hoping it has a long life ahead of it....

Perfect those who looking for budget modem router combo with no compromising speed. Then get this one you won't regret. I done too many research as i don't want to spend too much money on this as technology keeps on upgrading. So i choose this as per my plan.

Great product easy to use no problem good price value

I purchased this because I was hoping to stop paying for my modem from cable company at the same time needed new router. It worked great and I thought it would have the same port directing as the netgear nighthawk, but sadly it doesn't. There's four PS4's in our house and they all had nat type issues because it can not port correctly. Had to return and pick up the new netgear nighthawk which has no problem with multiple devices. Still a great modem/router and range was good even with no antennas.

Product selection, purchase, pickup was easy and no problem. Product Documentation the printed install instructions vague and poorly written, later found the manual online which was clearer, and well written.

Easy to setup and great performance. Hardly hav noticed a connection drop.
