I purchased this product because it was supported by my internet provider. The product was easy to setup sense it was supported by my provider. I would recommend this product to anyone to avoid paying your internet provider for a cable modem which you will pay more for in the long run.

My first replacement in 10 years So far the performance is good.

I've not had any problems with this router whatsoever. Great signal across the house (I have a 1600 square foot house) and packet loss is minimal as far as wireless goes. It is dual channel which helps to alleviate congestion on one band.

Neatgear Nighthawk is very easy to set up, you just plug it in and it prompts you for set up. No guessing what you need to do next. It doesn’t take long unit you are up and running streaming your favorite shows or playing games online. Works geeat and easy to use.

It does its job wonderfully. Good decent range stable connection as well.

I needed to replace a cable modem that was outdated and working poorly. I had a good router but I wanted something simpler. Getting a cable gateway (router & modem together) saved a lot of hassles and my connection is faster. Easy setup, up and running in 30 min including the call to my ISP. Highly recommend

This product is just what we needed to rid of a cable rental that was price increases every year. What a great investment.

I have not had ant issues with this product. It works as it should. If you have Xfinity it hooks up easily. 1 thing to keep in mind it. That if you have a land line this model doesn't connect so you will need to upgrade.

Quick and simple setup, increased my WiFi speed greatly, compact; was able to do away with router as well so one less box to mess with. Would recommend this product to anyone.

I was looking for something that is compatible with Xfinity internet service, and I found it! This modem streams movies quickly without any buffering issues! I'm really enjoying this modem/ router in one. I feel that I have made a great choice! Worth the money!

Great service the unit is powerful, it’s easy to use and easy to install

Nothing is perfect but the update button is not in the settings. It seemed like it is updated automatically. This router is really good you can reboot it from the app the connections is always on point.

Was awaiting cable/internet install from Comcast and didn’t want to pay the modem rental price each month so elected to purchase my own. I’m glad I did, this modem works great with Comcast. We have a three story townhouse and get service throughout. Definitely recommend.

This router replaced an aging one and we were worried that set up and compatibility would be an issue. It was not. Setup couldn't be easier and it worked just fine with our Linksys wireless booster.

Got this to replace my old modem and wifi (two separate units). Great router with accompanying app that makes setup easy. Ability to great guest wi-fi as well which comes handy.

We did get a nice speed and range increase over our old router modem, but we have Macs and we really struggled to get Time Machine working. I wasted a lot of time reading the manual, on line forums, etc, and only got it to work by renaming the back up disk (and losing access to my old back ups).

Works well but set up not straight forward. The Nighthawk app is quirky and will not show devices on the network. Netgear tech support was foreign and her speech was unintelligible.

Pretty easy to set up, and has been reliable so far.

Was worried might not be compatible with Spectrum but it did fine and WIFI is fast. The weight of the cords after attaching to one side of the NetGear will make the router want to tilt or topple so I used velcro to stick it down so it does not fall. But so far as operational, it is great.
