    It was our intention to switch from the ever increasing cost of cable by using a router and modem for streaming services. This item came highly recommended by the Best Buy staff, and we are very pleased. It is working well, and even the formerly dead spots in our home are now able to receive service. The installer was extremely helpful with answering questions and demonstrating it's use. 5 stars!

    I was so happy when first testing this router because it accurately meets the speeds that my ISP provides, and the signal reaches further than my last router. However, I found that the router seems to fling the signal forward while neglecting the rest of its vicinity. This means that it necessarily weakens / creates blind spots in critical portions of my apartment. I understand this behavior isn’t entirely unusual for routers, but the problem is far more severe than my last one.
