Have hooked to two different TWC accounts. It took some resetting on one but I believe that to be TWC issues not modem issues.

It works amazing. Easy setup, info on side of modem instead under. The app makes it easier to monitor your wifi.

Bought this as a replacement for a NETGEAR C3700 because I upgraded my Xfinity plan and needed a modem that could handle the new speed & had more download channels to reduce the internet bottom neck of having my entire family stuck at home due to covid19. This modem has surpassed my expectations and if the C3700 is an indicator; in 2028, this baby should still be giving me great service!

Good bye xtinity 14$ a month. Easy to set up and works great. Nice and fast..

I purchased this router to replace a 7-8 year old Apple product. My daughter, now working from home needed much faster upload speeds for her video editing job. This router fits the bill well. (We did also increase our Mb/sec speed with our provider.) Daughter can now upload high quality videos in minutes rather than hours. We felt the time was right to modernize our equipment. Definitely pleased with this purchase.

Great modem for Xfinity internet and phone. Easy to install. Onle downside is that you need to purchase a separate battery. It's not included.

First of all good to have own equipment when you deal with internet company because unnecessary monthly fees honestly after research about 2/3 months I found netgear products are good with internet modem or router but two bad rooms apartment you can’t get enough signal I last room not big house it’s small apartment well mine last Comcast modam work just fine since I change to net gear and no update sent from company since I bought so I’m still skeptical to switch back to Comcast modam speed doesn’t gain just drop signals

My kids game in three different rooms and we watch Netflix in two others this device keeps up no problem.
