My rental modem/router combo from Time Warner stop connecting to certain devices making it a pain to use. I returned the rental and purchased this combo from the best buy store and so far along with faster speeds and better connectivity. I really have no complaints about the router but I've only owned it for a few months. Time will be the true test for it.

Ive had this for 3 years now and love it still. Zero issues or complaints, works very fast, and was simple to set up. I absolutely recommend this to someone looking to upgrade to a good router.

Used Netgear products for a long time and purchased this router due to the increased demand on my network now that I'm working from home. This router, is awesome! I get signal on the other side of the apartment next to ours with this and never experience signal loss in our apartment. Set up is easy and I now have the strongest wifi signal in our apartment complex.

My Roku 2 was giving me fits by not consistently streaming Spotify. I listen in my shop and had to go to another room to reset Roku to start Spotify again.....what a pain. The salesman at the store told me to ditch the rented modem and get the Netgear which would be up to date and could provide the range I would need for my situation. It was easy to install/setup and it has solved the problem. The salesman was very patient and helpful.

So My original router cable modem was net gear a cheap $50 one Ive had for a long long time and I loved it but with the increase in technology I finally decided to get a new one and chose this one. So far so good my home is only 1100 square feet so with the previous one the wifi was weak when I was on the far side of the house and outside. So far I have a strong signal on the far side of the house. I haven't tried it outside yet its too cold, but I will do an up date to my review in the summer. Easy to install. Of course you have to download the app and contact your internet provider (app for that) but the app just advises you of how many devices are on your network. You have separate link for guest which is cool and it sends you notifications if someone trying to log in or has logged in. It looks just like the picture bigger then what I expected. Like I said my other one was a relic and it was old but it did what is was supposed to. I will keep it as a back up my old reliable just in case this one fails me :)

I had used a Netgear router before and I was always very happy with them. This time I wanted to save some money by owning a modem and went with what I knew.
It didn't let me down. easy to use, to set up and VERY reliable. I am using it for a 100Mb service and the channel availability is amazing. I connect way more equipment than the ISP recommends for this speed and have no issues.

This Combo Cable Modem/Router was a slight upgrade from my previous Netgear C6300. This Modem does everything you need to use with your cable ISP. Easy to setup and has not needed to be restarted since I set it up several months ago. Works Flawlessly compared to other routers I used in the past. I highly recommend this Netgear C7000 Cable Modem/Router.

This setup is much faster than the stock setup Xfinity sends you with. I get my speeds plus more. It reaches every part of my house and even out in the backyard. I never knew what fast speeds were until this device entered my house. One thing to keep in mind is how many devices are on it at a time. Between my phone, Xbox, and pc it can drop to half of what it normally puts out. But normally super quick.

I have always used (rented) the router/modem from whichever internet company I was with. For the first time I ventured out and purchased a personal router due to rising rental costs and I am more than satisfied!! My Nighthawk not only outperforms my previous router it is saving me money on my monthly internet bill. My outages/cut out's have dropped 90% and I am one happy customer. Thanks.

We stream a lot and my two sons play a lot of online games. Usually there is at least 4 different items being used simultaneously. We had a TP Link and when the it died, I bought the Netgear Nighthawk based on an employees recommendations. I love it. It streams great and easily can keep up with all of our usage. It is better than our last router/modem and it has great range reaching all areas of our house downstairs and upstairs.

This product worked well, but the issue is that it's no longer usable with Spectrum, at least at the 500 mbps plan, due to it being outdated. To clarify, the modem is outdated with Spectrum. I would imagine that if you were to use the devices as a router, it should work fine.

The Netgear router delivers reliable and fast Wi-Fi performance, ideal for homes or small businesses. With its easy setup process and intuitive user interface, it's beginner-friendly. Its robust security features, including WPA3 encryption and guest network options, ensure a secure connection for all users. However, occasional firmware updates may be needed to address any performance issues. Overall, it's a solid choice for seamless internet connectivity.

I am not a techie person so I depended on the reputation of this product from others who are when I bought it. The customer service was fantastic. My rep set up a 3-way call with a rep from my internet provider and got the router up and working in no time.
