Was very easy to set up and install. Since installing, we have had no issues with slow internet or with service being dropped. The app is very user-friendly!

I bought this router to get better coverage around the house because my Comcast router didn't cover my 3 floors. This one has 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands, is faster than the Comcast and covers all floors with 3-4 bars.

I didn't see the point in renting a modem, this came highly recommended from friends, best buy employees and Comcast. Super simple, easy to manage and works seamless with xfinity

My internet is up to 25mbps and I continually run at that or better. Minimal drops streaming a fire stick, computer and 2 cells all at once. If it drops or bumps off, I can get right back on.

Bought this item to get out of renting the cable company router. This router modem is awesome 5x faster and haven't had any problems and easy setup.

We've been using this as a replacement for a cable company router/modem and so far it's worked very well. The coverage is definitely better than the cable company router and the speeds are good.

I have had really good luck with Xfinity connectivity over the years, but since I moved to an apt, it really dropped... sometimes it was my phone, sometimes my laptop, but nothing was consistent. I went to Best Buy, explained my issues, and was convinced to buy a new cable modem to replace the one I rent from Xfinity. I was skeptical, but WOW, what a difference! I login in the morning and connect immediately, I don't drop multiple times during the day, it's been fantastic! I credit the support staff at Bestbuy with getting me what I needed. Awesome! Plus, I'll pay off the cost of the rental in a number of months, and save on my internet bill!

Great coverage, seamless connectivity to extender and other devices, very pleased with this product. Just make sure you call your provider and tell them you are using this modem!

This product worked well, but the issue is that it's no longer usable with Spectrum, at least at the 500 mbps plan, due to it being outdated. To clarify, the modem is outdated with Spectrum. I would imagine that if you were to use the devices as a router, it should work fine.

The wife and I bought this to replace the old modem router and this one was a day and night difference! Everything loads so fast and set up was super easy!

One of only a few combination routers and WiFi with docsis 3.1. Great speed and coverage through my whole house. I’d recommend it for someone looking for an all on one solution.

Modem and router combo that is simple to set up and provides a great signal. Dual band is a key feature. On sale value was excellent. Even at full price this is pretty hard to beat.
