This modem/router is worth the extra cost. Love that all I need is in one piece of equipment. very reliable, good signal strength, have had no problems. This model was recommended by my cable provider since it was compatible w/my internet service. Glad I chose it.

I recently purchased a new home, and bought this router due to the larger size of the home. I have broadband 100mb internet and it works like a charm across the home, basement and outside area.

Bought to replace my old router. Set up was easy and both stability and speed of my internet connection have improved. I would recommend this product.

used to have the old c3700. upgraded to this one, the speed difference is easily noticeable. added channels gives you significantly more power during peak times. highly recommend

This was an upgrade from the NETGEAR - Dual-Band AC1600 Router with 16 x 4. Realiable signal and amazing range. Good for multiple devices. Get the warranty just in case.

Easy to set up. Nice upgrade to take advantage of the higher speed internet we were already purchasing. Great having one unit instead of two pieces of equipment.

Easy setup out of the box and great range. Appreciated having both frequencies since 2.4 GHz still required for all smart devices.

I'm still undecided on this combo router/modem. I had an older combo router/modem from a different brand that did drop connection on occasion, but seemed to work well--just not with the faster speed I currently have, hence, the upgrade. I haven't really had any problems with this newer model, but I feel like I am not getting the speeds I should and the connection doesn't always stay connected with every device (though that could be due to the age of the device). I don't think there is a wireless modem/router that works flawlessly at a decent price point. I have a 1100 Square foot house and it reaches everywhere in my house with no dead spots including my yard, sunroom, and garage with much faster speeds that I am used to. So it works. Just not as amazingly as I had hoped.

This was a more expensive option but well worth the price. It works superbly. Also Netgear has really great passwords that are both unique and easy to remember.

I got the Netgear despite of what the best buy employee recommended. I don't think he understood what I needed. And I'm so glad I went with my instincts and got the Netgear instead. This is just what I was looking for. My old router and modem were ancient so they stopped working. I needed a router with cable modem. Installation was pretty easy and the connection has been excellent. Highly recommend.

I had been using a wireless router and modem that were at least 5 years old... I've been using this for several weeks now and it seems to be working great. Easy set up and my only issue with it was when the power went out/surged.

I like everything about this item. I was going to buy a separate Cable Modem & Router but my budget didn't allow it at the time. I decided to purchase a Cable Modem Router Combination because it was a cheaper option. I would buy any of these products & recommend them to family/friends.

Easy to install. Fits nicely in the small space our house has for this device. Really like having a combined router/modem. This devise is more reliable and has greater range than the old one.

I needed to upgrade my wifi for bigger house and 4k streaming and this router handles the load no problem. All together we have 11 items connected to the network and everything works seamlessly.

This was fairly easy to setup. password was on the unit and make everything easier. Works great with over 10 devices very easily. So glad Jay recommended we upgrade.

It’s very easy to setup and works all major internet providers. It saves me $20 a month and easily covers my whole house and 17 devices at one time.

Very easy to install. Speed is very fast. It is expensive but I like it being a router and modem combination. The good performance is worth the price.
