Very good one, easy to install and fast it covers my entire house and we have about 5 equipment linked to it and still have fast wifi.

A great update from my previous modem/router. No issues setting it up and it reaches the whole house. Pleased with this purchase.

Had this up and running for about three weeks with Xfinity and haven't had any ossues! Easy to set up, attaches to all of my devices and runs smoothly.

Finally closed my eyes and bought a more expensive modem and router. Best investment ever. I was having range issues and speed issues in my home. This product definitely fixed both issues.

So I will begin this review by saying that I am not a Tech Genius, but I do know a little more than the basics. I purchased this router to upgrade from my ISP provided modem and router. I used it for almost 3 years and finally got tired of the slow internet connection and low range quality of the router. So I did some research and happened upon this. I have always heard good things about the brand Netgear, so I didn't hesitate to decide to buy this brand but I did have trouble deciding which router/combo to get. I landed on this one since my speed is only 400mb/s, no sense in paying more for something I cant get the full potential out of it. So once I picked it up and got it home I figured the setup would be fairly easy. Boy was I wrong, it is difficult but mainly due to the fact that the app is buggy and you cannot properly connect to it through the app. So you have to access it through Google Chrome and set it up then you can manage it from another app called Netgear Genie. Which is pretty nice but it doesnt let you access all the features that are supposed to be available on the Netgear Nighthawk app, which was one of the main reasons I purchased this specific model. So all in all it did boost my speed and give me way better range, but having no app to access the main functions of the router really is a big let down for me. Also when you call customer service they hound you to buy their additional support bc it only comes with I think 90 days of support. I will say that the package they offer is worth it though bc it comes with a lifetime replacement warranty on the router no matter what happens to it. I will update this review once they (if they) fix the app and I am finally able to use it and the features.

If you want a cable modem/router that handles high internet speeds with no lag or buffering, this is for you! Worth every penny.

I would heartily recommend this product, not only for its performance, but also from the standpoint of economy. Why invest in both a modem and a router when you can get the best of both worlds in a single device? Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

We purchased this item so that we could install a security system at my father's house. We were using the modem that the Internet provider had issued, but we were having a lot of interruptions. After installing the new modem, we are able to connect quickly & there are way less interruptions.

Great connection. I never lose connection. This is easy to install. It's worth spending money on this device and you will save a lot of time trying to figure out why you don't have connection.

I purchased this router/modem after I maxed out my previous 6 month old router with devices connected at the same time. Huge difference! It is fast, though once in a while it'll stall and I'll lose connection specially on my phone or tablet. I currently have around 20 devices connected to it which range from smart TVs, gaming consoles, mobile devices, WeMo light switches, surveillance and Sky Bell door bell. Though not all are always on at the same time, peak hours do go smoother than with the previous router. I recommend this as an upgrade if you are having interned drop issues due to an overloaded router.

Having a couple cell phones, kid on the gaming system. Plus other devices. The no lag or lack of wifi is perfect. Going outside the bck of yard and still get wifi is amazing.
