We bought this became we were told by Cox that our old separate router and modem were too old and that was probably the cause of our bad internet speed. Fast forward, the internet speed is just a bit better. Not sure if it is the cause of our router/modem. We also have a Netgear Extender. We had trouble getting it to recognize this new router/modem. We called Netgear. They make it clear their help is only for a limited time, but we did get them to address the extender issue. The female reps were helpful, but their thick accent made it a bit difficult to understand them. All-in-all a good product and support.

Definite increase in speed on my wireless devices...(180Mbps) same as my wired Pc...Very happy, and happy with extended range of this device!!!

This modem/router works great and it was very easy to install! I not replaces both my modem and router from Comcast and it will save me the $10/mo rental fee!

The device was easy set up and password protected. Rings multiple devices in my home with no issue. Product was on sell too!

Had to replace the rental unit I had from the cable company. They couldn't provide me with one right away. so I decided to buy this one form Best Buy. The ordering process was easy and fast and was able to do a curb side pickup on the unit the same day !!!!!!! The unit was really easy to set up. Just had to plug in the cords provided, call the cable company to activate it, then set it up for my wi-fi . Glad I went with this. Will pay for itself in rental fees in less than 18 months.

This router allowed me to reach my speeds to get closer to the 200 mbps that I am paying for compared to my old one. It is easy to set up and connect to.

I replaced the rented modem from Xfinity with NETGEAR and was easy to install and works so much better.

It does what it does... I know this is a low end product, but it is more than enough to get the job done.

Can I just say this router/modem is awesome! It never drops signal. No issues ever! And it’s super fast.

Best thing to happen to my Internet was upgrading to this modem. Much more stable connection and speeds versus what TWC gives u and charges you for monthly.

Overall has good speed and range i still get my internet outside and to my mailbox

This router is the best router I have owned with all the bells and whistles. It performs flawless with no dead spots in my 1800s/f home.

I bought this because I have spectrum and the equipment I had was always dropping internet so I was fed up and invested in this router/modem and ever since I bought this my interent doesn't lag or disconnect or throw me out of online games anymore. The setup was easy with the app and phone call, but spectrum made it very difficult with the long on hold waiting to talk to the tech on their end to complete the setup but once they connected it been running smooth

Got this to replace a Comcast provided router. Covers my small home fine, works like a champ, has some good features if you want to dive deeper.

Easy to set up and connect. Way better then using and Ixfinity modem/router. I have already seen a big difference. I have also in the past owned a Nighthawk. They are well worth spending the money.

I am happy with the router. Good coverage and is up to date with the current speed of our internet in the area and is ready for more speed when it comes.

Since we switched cable providers I was happy to be able to purchase and OWN my router than rent it. Being a "gadget girl" of course I had to get the best one which includes the app to control how it's being used by people in my house. I've played with the app, but have not quite figured it out. its also good for people who have "gamers" in the house. Also my speed on my iPad and computer is connecting faster.

Overall this modem is great!!! Great signal throughout the home!!! Very happy with this purchase!!! Easy to setup and get connected to WiFi.
