I bought this after the first netgear modem/router wouldn't activate with comcast. This thing has been awesome. I have it on one side of my house and it reaches all the way to the other (2400 sq ft) with good strength. I have always had issues with my iPhone and N wireless router, but after switching to AC it has been problem free. Setup is easy and there are plenty of advanced options.

I am so happy with this purchase. The speed is faster than any modem Xfinity offers. No buffering when I am streaming Netflix or Amazon prime. I am a 64 year old female & I didn't have any problem hooking this up. Easy peasy. Also, I am saving $$ on my cable bill which is a plus. I would definately recommend this modem.

Got rid of my rent-o-router form our cable company and got more speed and control of my home network. This cable modem works awesome and is pretty easy to set up. If not you have Geek Squad support plus Netgear support ... Make sure you check your local cable company this will not work with fiber optics ...

Good performance, although, for it to say it is 1900Mbps is kind of misleading.. Since it is shared between the 5GHz (1200Mbps) and the 2.4GHz (900Mbps). I personally used it mainly as a modem mode and left all the internet connectivity to eero 6e.

This does what it needs to do. It's fast and handles multiple devices at once. I've found there are glitches now and then, but very few. The problem could be because of my internet provider or having a slow laptop. Usually, switching frequencies helps. Overall, both 2.4GHz an 5GHz work well and the range is great!

Quit leasing from the cable company and buy this. Easy to configure, enough for a few to several users. Pretty future proof if you're not a power streamer or something like that.

Performs great right out the box. Turned in the old Comcast modem and started saving money on my bill each month. Easy to setup. My Xbox was having trouble on the Comcast modem. Bought this and cleared it up. It’ll pay for itself in a little over a year.

I purchased this router/modem 2 years ago and it works amazing still. I have not had any issues and I am impressed by the quality of the product. I had accidently bought the work type of modem and returned it with no issues. The associate then also directed to finding the right product and explained which each modem or router was used for. Thank goodness they helped me with figuring out the right purchase so graciously. Great product, highly recommend this router/modem. If you aren't tech savy like me the associates in Best Buy will definitely break it all down for you. Great experience!

This router is everything it says it is. I have a 300mbps speed at home and I get a 360-410mbps speed at home both wired and wirelessly. It works great through out my apartment. I even get similar speeds at my neighbor's place which it about 100ft away. I would definitely recommend this modem to anyone who is looking to get the most out of their internet service provider.

Has great range super fast easy to install and good price

No problems setting it up. I had issues with range on my old apple router but this one is easily double the old one. I needed range extenders for my Ring cameras before and they barely worked. Now I pulled the range extenders out and the signal level at the camera is still twice as good as it was WITH the extenders in! I couldn't be happier with it.

Works perfectly. Good range of coverage. I used to have trouble with Xfinity provided router not covering far end of my house so I had to use a signal booster. But with this Netgear I have a full signal at the same spot with no additional devices. Not to mention the Genie app and the ease of use to control almost everything in the router.

I needed to replace my outdated router and was intrigued to have one device replace two of my old ones (router and modem). Having one less device to connect was an appealing choice. The installation was easy, the speed meets all my needs, and the connection so far has been flawless. The guest network which is included is convenient for my household.

Switched from AT&T to Xfinity internet and purchased the Nighthawk modem/router to handle the traffic. We upgraded speed and the Nighthawk has performed great. The router has much better coverage than the AT&T router and performance outside around the pool is excellent. We no longer need a network extender. Very happy with the purchase.

Had lots of issues with the 5g in my old router. Swapped out a modem and a router for this single unit and have had for over 8 months now. No issues. Great modem. Good price. Covers my upstairs and main floor and can pickup the 2G in most of my backyard. Takes a little tweaking in the OS to get best speeds but it works great.

I purchased this modem because I upgraded my Xfinity service. The setup was straightforward and when I did run into an issue, the customer service reps were able to help me determine that it was an issue the ISP and not the product. There has been no downtime and it seems very reliable. Well worth the money!

Top the line gaming router. If you want fast speed and little or no ping this is the router for you. Crazy fast speeds good looks high tech what mote can you want. If you’re upgrading your equipment for high speed internet this will not disappoint you. Excellent performer

Easy setup, especially with the Netgear Nighthawk App. Incredibly fast and glide through my workday and prestige performance with handling my multitude of task during my 10hour days .Love it could not be more grateful.

Easy setup fast and reliable perfect for everyday use

Great overall router for someone that wants to have a simple router to setup and manage. The genie app is great and the speeds will obviously depend on your internet speed and for my 100mbps speed it does pretty good. I currently have over 10 devices connected to it at once. I do recommend to have 5ghz on if you have a small home I feel like I get better speeds that way.
