I purchased this modem/router to replace my existing one. U was very pleased with the ease to set up and navigate the options. The coverage was very good throughout my house and I couldn't have been happier. Unfortunately I had to return this to purchase a modem that had a phone capability. For what its worth, I searched for similar brand products with phone capability first. I would definitely recommend this product.

Bought this to replace a motorola high end modem router after the moto failed to deliver the speeds i wanted. Using this with Cox. Supports all the available speed that can be provided (up and down streams) without hiccups. It's highly recommended for high speed internet use. GUI is very simple and easy to tinker with. Set up was a breeze

I was having trouble staying connected using my old router/modem so I researched a new router/modem. This NETGEAR 5g did the job. Works exceptionally well. Very pleased with this product and would highly recommend it. Very easy to connect to your internet provider.

i decided to buy my own modem so i wouldnt have to be paying the outrageous fees for renting one with my internet provider and let me say this modem is excellent its even better than the one i was renting my speeds are even faster on my playstation and i love it i recommend this

We were renting a router/modem from Time Warner for $10/month and having to reboot every other day. This modem has made the entire family happy. We can watch a movie in one room, while the kids are playing video games in another room with no problem at all. The Nighthawk can handle xbox, movies and phone use all at the same time!

So far so good for my new Nighthawk Router. My internet is no longer dropping every 2-3 hours, and the speed is everything I need with my current provider. The price point was the biggest selling point, providing exactly what I was looking for, at 1/2 the price of other models and brands.

This Netgear router was installed in my new home 8 months ago and I’ve had nothing but excellent service. My husband and I work from home and need reliable and fast connections. We also stream all of our TV, movie and music and the router along with our other devices has exceeded our expectations.

this was my 1st experience buying a modem router, normally id just get whatever the cable company give me. thankfully this was a great experience. Simple to set up, easy to monitor and i get great speeds through out the house!

I had been a Motorola guy for 6 years. After moving to Austin, I was researching the latest modem-routers from the TWC approved list, and this C7000 struck my eye. It looked pricey, but for the features it comes with and comparing the modem rental from TWC, it isn't all that pricey. Installation was a breeze and the speed is great. For a person of minimal technical knowledge, the 24X8 channels is very satisfying, and it is far too advanced than what the cable companies can provide us at the moment. Very satisfactory purchase.

4 people on wifi ,one is a gamer the other one is constantly on it two tvs streaming everything works alot faster its great,i have xfinity internet and tv service ,easy hook up,no need to call xfinity to hook up follow directions and up and running in 10 minutes,love it

Excellent modem/router combo. I upgraded from an old Motorola modem and net gear router that speed tested around 30 to 60 mbps depending which band we were using to now getting around 230mbps!!! Great upgrade and easy to install.

Increased the internet speed drastically. Easy to install, took a bit to get the connection going. Help was promptly available. Part of it is always user error lol. I would recommend this device. Should have purchased a long time ago!

I bought this modem/router because a friend said it was the best one I could get. My Comcast/Infinity modem/router that I was paying $10/month for never was very fast. I had the 75 MB/sec package and the fastest I could download on my laptop was 25 MBPS. All of a sudden, my iphones could not connect to my Comcast router. I exchanged the modem/router with comcast and had the same problem with the new one. That is when I decided to buy my own router. This Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 Wi-Fi Router with Docsis 3.0 Cable is awesome. It was very easy to set up and connect to Comcast. Now my downloads are usually over 75 MBPS and I don't need signal repeaters in the house any more. Another benefit is that I can plug a USB memory stick into the router and access shared data on all of my computers. I even set up an FTP on the memory stick to store my security camera data. I set up four different wifi connections with this router. I have a 5 GHZ and a 2.4 GHZ connection that are inside my local internet and I have a 5GHZ and 2.4 GHZ guest network that are outside my local internet and have different passwords. I love this NETGEAR modem/router. It costs a little more but is really worth it.

This product has saved my virtual life! Boosted my speed to where its literally like turning the pages of a book; instantaneous. Easy set up, and idiot proof! So glad I finally made the choice to free myself from the Spectrum vortex.

This modem-router is outstanding! It performs a lot better than the rental ones from the local internet company. Now we actually get the full internet speed we pay for! Great purchase!

Happy replaced two older pieces with this one unit. Works great, no internet issues since upgrading. Was happy to receive credit back for trading in old devices.

i got this thinking it might be faster than my 1st gen nighthawk router...it's an all in one(cable modem/router) that has the updated DOCSIS 3.0 so if you have a 1st gen nighthawk router it won't be faster but more effective at streaming plus better range than the old nighthawks,plus with cable modem you do not have to rent a modem from your provider.

I was having issues with my old modem/router and looking for replacement. After intensive research I decided to buy this model and I'm completely satisfied. No more internet interruptions, constant speed up to the max I'm getting from my ISP and coverage everywhere in my house, garage and backyard.
