This is a prime example of you get what you pay for. Had a cheaper one that was crap! This thing is amazing. Connectivity is awesome! Strength of signal is always fantastic. It covers my entire 2700 sq ft house. Would highly recommend this product.

For 1 iPad, 2 Phones, 1 PS4, 1 Xbox One S, and 1 Laptop computer, this router gives me strong signal throughout the house and even in the backyard. Utilizing more speed that I pay Xfinity for. Sleek design that does not take up space on my desk.

If you haven't experience dual band wifi ...it's time to upgrade. Tri band is only necessary in my opinion if you are living in over 4k sq ft of space. Anything under that this guy will handle. Make sure you utilize a channel that no one else is on if you are in an apartment complex and watch your speeds soar!

Great speed and generally easy setup and connectivity. The crap modem/router you get from Comcast prompted this purchase. Zero issues with this item. Has never dropped connection. The app could be better.

We replaced a router/modem from just a couple of years ago. Our home is about 1800 Sq Ft, two stories, and we have full coverage throughout the house. The iPad and laptop are now consistently connecting. Easy to connect, although we had to call the cable company in order to activate the internet.

If your looking for speed this modem router will not disappoint. The range is pretty impressive and have not had any issues with loading and streaming videos, considering we have a lot of wifi connected devices in the house. I would highly recomend this product to anyone who likes to stream videos.

excellent product for a reasonable price. it was pretty easy to set up...had a slight hiccup in that I was not aware I had to register this product with my ISP but that was easy to do and once I did that the router was good to go.

I switched ISP from local DSL to cable as my security camera needed higher speed and 5ghz network capability. This device handles the requirement. Instead of renting a modem for $12 mo., I elected to purchase my own. Very reliable and speed is adequate for streaming TV, music, etc.

We needed to upgrade our router, so we went to best buy to get this one. At first I thought it was a little spendy, but it definitely has more connectivity and speed than our old one. I dont really feel any affects from running lots of devices at the same time either. Definitely recommend!

Connection is faster than the default Xfinity router and is more reliable. Set up was very easy. I installed it in a small apartment so I have no need for repeaters. I have very good connection in living room and the bedroom.

This combo modem/router works great and is very fast. My computer seems to be working much faster and smoother and o trouble with cable either. Good value for the money and I can now return he cable company modem and save $12 month!! It pays for itself within a year.

Our Old Modem/Router Combo gave up the ghost. This one was on sale and has great specs and features.

Upgraded with this from a Motorola 8x4 router/modem combo. We have Xfinity as our ISP and were running internet speeds of 250mbps with ethernet connection and 50mbps on wifi. We also stream with Rokus from all over the house. I didn't need to upgrade, but wanted to get rid of stream lag and get higher wireless speeds on my laptop. The installation was very straightforward. Directions were very easy to follow. I used the Nighthawk app to change the default network names and passwords quickly. Nice app to control settings and check performance and traffic. For the money, it's a great value. $30 off sale and a couple of $5 rewards certificates have us with download speeds of 450 mbps wired and 260 mbps wireless for less than $165. Thats a lot of speed for the buck!

We were shopping and found this great deal on this router so we could stop paying rent on one from a TV provider. It was more than compatible and it was a breeze to hook up. Now we are saving almost $9.00 a month from renting one. Should of done it sooner. Thanks Best Buy for the help in selecting it. Art

Router was easy to setup and works great. It is fast and has a longer reach than my previous router. I was unable to use my laptop online in my metal shop building behind my house with the old router. I can now use it in the shop with no communication issues. Glad I bought it and I can give it a high recommendation.

I bought this after upgrading my internet and refusing to pay rental fees. I also bought it because I hate wires. So seeing as its a modem router combo this was a good buy. My speeds have been faster, my wifi is better, and I can not complain about 4 wires missing and opening up a plug on my power strip.

This modem/router was easy to set up and has been working flawlessly for the last month. It has some nice features like, letting me know if anyone new logs in to my network etc. The internet speeds are faster than what I am paying for and it hasn't dropped signal at all.

Before we had a standard Comcast box and we struggled getting internet throughout our home. Constant disconnects and our home is pretty much powered by our internet. Since we bought this router we have had no problem with signal strength or dropped connection! Very stoked on this purchase!!!!!

we were having alot of trouble with our WIFI from Spectrum. They came a few times to try and fix the problem but nothing. It still sucked! Finally one of the Techs that came for the last time told me to go to Best Buy and buy my own Router/Modem. He said Spectrum equipment was no good. We bought this Router/Modem and it works great!!! no more lagging video games, youtube or social media =)
