My daughter's wifi was terrible, she had no connection in her room or our grandson's room (in a small ranch). We bought her this and now she even has wifi outside!! (To our motorhome when we visit!!) So this is an excellent modem/router!!!

I bought this modem to get out of paying a monthly fee to the cable company. It was long overdue and I should have done it sooner. I waited to post this until I had it for awhile. No problems, very good quality.

I needed to replace the cox modem when reducing the amount of the bills I had. This works really good. All the connections from computer to tablets and phones all get connected with no slowdowns.

I hate to break the news but the device stop working on me after 2 years

This was definitely a excellent purchase that I saved money with to use for my internet didn’t have to pay the extra money to use Comcast products so a great save

After buying this and replacing the one that my cable company gave me I have to say that my wi-fi strength is stronger than ever. With a family of 5 ( 3 teenage boys) I would spend the extra money and recommend this router.

This is a great modem/router. You can get rid of the modem you rent from cable or internet company and use this only and get a great WiFi signal also. So glad the associate at Best Buy knew what he was talking about.

I wondered if this unit would be able to provide strong wifi throughout my 2100 square foot vacation home. No problem! Even at the farthest distance from the unit, I get a strong wifi signal.

I’ve had this router for a couple years and haven’t had too many problems with it. I will say if you like to stream with higher speed (above 300-400) you would most likely need to upgrade to something else. But works well for a family home

Do not buy. Slow, unreliable, does not last. I've had three or four of these 2-in-1 modem + router of this exact same Netgear Nighthawk and luckily I bought BestBuy protection for all of them but the first one. The one that lasted the longest worked for 2 years; the last one I had only lasted a month. I pay for 600+ mbs from Comcast and this Nighthawk was only getting up to 60 mbs even when connected with a cable to my new laptop. I installed another modem and boom - my speed went up to 750+ mbs when connected with a cable. A better way to go is to have a separate nodem and a separate router. They last longer and provide more reliable speeds.

My place is the worst for wifi signals between 1st & 2nd floors and the basement. This Nighthawk gets the job done. Expensive but online price was cheaper than in store so I got an price adjustment.

Moved from FIOS to TWC and both this router to save 10$/month router fee. Router coverage is great. Wifi signal strength is really good. Best buy rep was very knowledgeable person he knew what was the difference between each product was. There was a new tranie with him, but she wasn't interested in the routers.

Very easy to set up and I'm seeing great improvement in my WiFi throughput. I had expanded my service but previous modem/router could not handle the speed. This has been a great upgrade.

Using it for comcast xfinity service I get wireless connection speed tests that have ranged as high as my wired speed tests (not all the time but still consistently very high).

I moved to an apartment and needed a coaxial attachment for internet router. This one has worked very well for me in the first couple months I have owned it. No problems!

I bought this unit as an upgrade from cable companies modems. I wanted better quality and extended WiFi reach. This product really delivers. It is very fast and I have a strong WiFi signal through out my house.
