We got this back in 2017 and it has been the best experience for me in all my network equipment purchases as I’ve never been one to go with the standard router combo supplied by my cable company. I just changed over to fiber so now this serves as an access point and works just fine even with more demand of faster upload speeds I never saw on cable. Check out the admin page and you’ll find this thing has all sorts of goodies inside like access to DFS channels and the ability to see what channels around you are in use so you can manually set everything up. My wife’s galaxy s22 ultra and note 10 before that has not had as great of an experience staying connected to the wifi and I’ve been unable to figure that out but suspect it may be something to do with it not having had a firmware update since I’ve gone away from a cable provider and they are the ones who push out the updates unfortunately.

We’ve had this router for around 2 years now, and we haven’t had any issues. It definitely gets the job done.

This is my first review of a product and its just to let anyone know this product does what it's supposed to. exceeds time warner modem/router by so much. i was getting 126mbps when I pay for 300mbps. Purchased this Modem/Router and Im getting upwards of 299 mbps. Well worth it.

Wow I couldn't believe that I've been paying this whole time for 100 Mbps but was actually only using 50mbps, I've done a lot of tech upgrades in my home and noticed my wifi getting slower and slower and this did it for me, I have xfinity so setup was a breeze

Easy to set up and works great. We have not witnessed digital breakup when streaming.

I purchased this model combo this morning after looking at a list of Suddenlink approved models for new 1GB service. Several sites say that I should be able to use it. The technician told me that it won't work because it has to be either DOCSIS 3.1 or DOCSIS 3.0 and 32 channels. He said that it might work for 100-400 MB service, but 1GB will buffer every couple of hours and you'll lose connection. I don't know how true it is or not, and I'm not going to mark down the rating, but I wanted to add this here for people that might be looking for this information.

Setup was easy. Did self installation. The Genie app allowed us to easily separate profiles for 5.0 and 2.4 Ghz, and add another profile for guests.

easy to set up. directions were clear,app made setting up this router/modem combo painless and fast.set up the 5g 2g, wifi went as well as could be expected.

This review is based solely on my experience in the past few days. Set up was straight forward and simple, took about 10 minutes. Step by step instructions. If you have TWC just follow the 3 steps online to activate your new modern! I switched from my old modem (Zoom) to the NEATGEAR Nighthawk and it definitely improved WIFI access in my home. VERY FAST. No more dead spots. No longer getting disconnected. The range is amazing. It definitely covers the whole apartment without any hiccups. If you're willing to spend a little money; I would recommend this NETGEAR Nighthawk!

At first i purchased the Netgear C6300 Cable Modem Wifi Router it wasn't fast enough,I exchange it paid for the 2 year warranty and it $20 more than the first one.The nighthawk is very fast I have no complaints and I am glad I exchange for this one.

Years of Comcast telling me nothing was wrong, I got fed up and after reading reviews, took the leap and got this AC1900. AMAZING ! WiFi is super fast to all devices, main floor. in the basement and clear out 75 feet into the yard. I'm an old guy, not tech smart, so for others like me....It is Comcast/Xfinity compatible. to replace their modem I had to call Comcast customer support. If I knew what I was doing it would have taken 10 minutes, took me 25 minutes. The Comcast guy walked me through the steps patiently. I spent years irritated by Comcasts poor equipment, i absolutely will say this unit is far superior to the "lastest" equipment they have.

I upgraded from my Motorola Arris Modem and Asus Router. I am super impressed at the speed on WIFI and connected to my Xbox. Super simple to set up and adjust setting. Highly recommend.

Ok, i just bought it last night, but it did the trick. Had a 3 yr old belkin, dual-band router and netgear cm400 modem and my wifi and connected internet were horrible (COX 100mbps) Once i installed and set it up (which is simple) it was perfect. My connection is super fast now and wifi doesn’t drop off anymore! A++

For the time, it was the fastest modem I had at the time.

This is a very straightforward combined router to use. Plug and play with excellent connectivity and fast speeds.

I didn't know these were even available, and your sales associate informed me, and I couldn't be happier. The Comcast modem was slow, with lousy range, and this product is perfect. Haven't lost connection once, and amazingly fast. Great product!!

works as advertised. in fact the range was better than I thought it would be.

We are not at all tech smart in this family but we do now when something is pretty good. We do total streaming since cutting the cord last year. This unit was recommended as we wanted to give up the equipment as well. I must say the hardest thing about it was finding out which plug to use to hook it to. So far we are great with it. We will be netgear techies from now on.
