This cable modem blows my standard Time Warner Cable Modem out of the water. Previously, although paying for a 300mbps connection speed, I would only receive an average of 80mbps. With this new Netgear AC1900, I am consistently pulling down 260-280mbps and the WiFi signal is stronger than the rent-a-modem from TWC. Excellent product!

The setup was very easy. Its working fine so far, Did not had the need to reboot the router so far.

A bit pricey but that's a given since it's wireless. I got over the max speed that I pay for(around 160 mbps).

I received this Netgear cable modem with wifi router built in as part of a review and test program Setup was pretty straightforward using the Netgear Genie App for basic settings. Advanced settings are available through a web browser interface. The wireless signal is very good, throughout my house, even on the second floor, where I previously had problems. The 802.11AC spec really helps with that. Overall it is a good value considering that it is their premiere router combined with a cable modem. Consider that you will save a few bucks a month in modem rental from your cable company, and it becomes a pretty good deal.

This works great for streaming movies, tv and keeps up with the whole family online. Would highly recommend.

I only had this item installed for one day but I have to provide a review for their customer support. Netgear has wonderful customer support! The problem that I had is that this modem router combo was not compatible with my Spectrum services which included phone service. If you are using phone services, you cannot use the combo. You need to use the Spectrum provided modem and you can purchase your own router (only). Not a combo. Would have been nice to use this.
