Does not work in first day. I have to go back to Best Buy and I need exchange. Technical support is a joke, I’m 45 min on hold. If the second one doesn’t work then I never again buy the Netgear equipment.

I returned this product. Had issues with Parental Control, https cert errors and also, connection interruptions. Prior to this, had Motorola which worked for 5+ years and bought Motorola again.

My Nighthawk R7000 AC1900 WiFi Router died after 8 months, and Netgear wouldn't honor their "1 year hardware warranty" unless I purchased software support for another $70. So remember to add $70/yr to the above price - or buy a different brand.

The only reason Im rating 1 star is because it wouldnt work for Spectrum I have 1GB service and I was unable to activate this modem. They told me it wouldnt handle 1GB service. So Im exchanging it for another Modem/Router.

After only 76 days of use this modem I purchased at Best Buy for $179.97 is getting slow internet speed of about 95Mbps. Now I am going through the nightmare process of having it replaced by NETGEAR.

Bestbuy is terrible. Ordering online from them is a security risk.

So, i bought this router modem combo thinking i could cut out the two pieces on my network for one. Not a good idea. Something is wrong with the wifi part of this equipment. I have comcast, and when i got it i called them to install it. That was no problem. I connect all the wires and my comouter was up and running in less than 15 minutes. The wifi, however, was slow and spotty. I checked my speeds with a speed test. Wired 150 down (what i pay for). Wifi i get 40 on the 5gz network and 10 on the 2.4. So i call netgear. First they have me go thru the standard steps, turn it off, change the wifi channel, reset the modem. Then they tell me since the upload channels are not locked i should call comcast. I did. They had no idea what i was talking about. So i call back to netgear, same thing. Go thru the same steps, does no one take notes on the calls? Then they tell me one give it 24 hours (why?) And two i should call comcast. So i say "sure" and just call netgear back. I instantly ask for a manager and get told that they will call me back. That was 4 hours ago and still no call. I think i will return it for a different brand. Don't waste your time.

Bought this to use with xfintity service and it didn’t work. Everything was ok on there end but not ours. Brought it back and went with Arris . Works perfectly

Worked well while it lasted, but it lasted only a few months. I paid $70 to have a technician come look at it only to be told I need a new one.

Never worked right Netgear try to fix but couldn’t and they gave me a new one and it has the same problem.

Bought it two years ago and it just stopped working!

I was promised this product would "greatly" increase the wifi range in my home. This modem has the same range and speed as a $10 cable company modem. Don't waste your money.

It went out after 1 year, do not buy. If I could tell everyone not to purchase I would! Spend a little more money and get a better brand!

I've had this for about 6 months and now it's constantly failing. Having to reset the device for it to work for a minute. Very unreliable

Please don’t buy this product, internet is getting dropped at least 10 times a days after 30 days of my purchase it’s completly a faulty piece selling on an offer. Already many have same issue with this model once check the reviews in google before buying this product. Don’t trust the rating over here which mistake I made.
