The instructions were clear and concise, Installing was very easy and it worked right away. Works so superior to the router I received from Comcast.

Reaches where I need it. I have Nighthawk in bedroom on the floor and it has to go through 4 walls or the open hallway (radio waves) to get to kitchen ( about 35' away) where I use my cell or lap tab. Once in a while I have to lift my lap tap (surface pro 3) above my head sitting down to catch connection. It also works with smart tv (52' away) but it pauses movie sometimes. Lap tab dosn't work well in tv room cell works fine in tv room. Centralizing Nighthawk would be better.

So glad we upgraded router to a faster model. So much faster!!! Easy set up as well. 10/10.

I bought this modem/router in Arkansas, in anticipation of a move to Texas. I had an account with TWC waiting to be activated in Texas; this machine has the TWC logo on the box. I was assured by the BB employee that it would be compatible, and sure enough, the installer had no problems connecting my equipment to TWC's network. This M/R saves me $120 per year, so it's well worth its retail cost.

Was having trouble streaming to our TV. I own my modem/router as I see no need in paying rent for years after I could have just paid for upfront. Install and set up was real easy. I have Comcast as my internet provider and there was a separate set up process that took about 10 minutes and was up and running. Cannot speak to other providers. Works great and signal strength is vastly improved from the older equipment.

I bought a Motorola combo and didn't work all over the house so I return it and exchange to net gear Easy installation very good connection and fast love it

it working good for now. I prefer this than my old one because of style the dual band and ease of use.

Power outage blew out my other one, so a storm protector is highly recommended. Router is fast and wifi is great!

I've searched for so many modem and routers until I found this one. Works great for Cox customers, easy set up and decent price.

I have had net gear for sometime so I had to replace my old one this is great easy to install and much faster

We bought this to avoid the rental fee of a modem/router from Xfinity, and it was a good purchase. I have noticed a faster connection through my phone, but it's my son who needed this for gaming, and he's pleased overall. We did have to contact Comcast to get this set up - it's not a simple plug-and-go situation. And at first it didn't connect. But troubleshooting solved the problem and we haven't had any issues in the month we've had it.

Works great. Admin settings easy to understand. Compatable with my internet provider. Fast speeds at all times.

Very fast 24 bonding channels and Increased coverage for my apartment for 1150 sq feet. also I added more device speed it still stable on a 75 mb line.

This router/modem has convinced me that routers aren't supposed to give out every once in a while and that it's not normal to reset a router whenever there's a connection problem. It's given me no issues and the download speeds it provides are amazing. When I do have connection issues, I never question the router anymore because it works so well. Even the Nighthawk app is pretty cool and easy to understand too!

Easy to set up. It actually made my Internet faster. And I like the sleek design.

I started working from home and had connection issues when logging into work. I checked my internet connection, worked with my works IT department, and was just about to swap out my laptop but a friend told me it maybe my router. I bought this one to try and since then have had ZERO connection issues. I returned the one I was renting from my internet provide and have not looked back. It was easy to set up and all our devices have no issues from every corner of our house.
