This was a great bundle deal, but I do not recommend Best Buy in Middletown NY store #461. The fake manager that I dealt with there named Cat is is horrible! I later came to find out after she presented herself to me as the store manager, that she actually was not the store manager! She is a horrible person and did not allow me to return something that I was told by the phone operator at Best Buy on the 800 number that they should do an even exchange for me and she did not allow me to. The operator on the phone wanted to speak to her and she refused to talk to him. Find another Best Buy as this locations customer service is horrendous!!

EASY TO INSTALL. DUAL BAND MODEM ROUTER COMBO. I HAVE WOW FOE INTERNET. QUITE COMPATIBLE REPLACEMENT. IMPROVED PERFORMANCE SURPRISED ME.

Works great, much faster than Comcast supplied unit. Customer support helped me set it up and they were great.

Pretty good router/modem. We had some slowness with our our Motorola Surfboard/Google system and this sped things up a little. It's not life changing but faster than the standard system you get from the cable company and a Google wifi. The software isn't quite as simple as others but it's manageable through the phone. Range is excellent and goes throughout the house easily, and into the backyard and onto the street in front of the house, and we have a very long driveway. Probably the best feature.

Easy to set up. Was online and secure with no problems. Able to control who uses wifi and block ones not wanted online. Best Buy sales person recommended this and it worked as he said it would.

I was a little concerned about using an own modem because it might be as easy as saying 'Your modem, your fault.' for Xfinity. However, it was very easy to setup and when I changed my contract in the Xfinity store the other day, the agent typed in the data of the modem, so I didn't need to activate it again. So I somehow feel that's also pretty accepted by Xfinity and I feel convinced that this was a good decision. Hope it'll work as long as required to pay for itself.

The modem handles our 600mbps cable internet like it's nothing, and the WiFi is strong everywhere in our 2-story house.

I can't believe how good this Modem/wireless router is. I get awesome signal even when I'm outside. NO LAGGING.

Great speeds and easy installation. I liked the vertical design, very easy to plug coax cable. has 4 LAN ports so TV and streaming devices can be connected using ethernet cables and reduces WiFi connected devices. Never liked Netgear USB drive interface on any of the WiFi routers, this is not and exception :) This device cannot handle more than 15 connected devices actively doing data transfers. This would be my 3rd WiFi Cable Model from $150 to $300 and haven't observed any difference, better buy cheapest one.

Ac1900 cable router By Abimael Galvan 12345 I purchase my router in Best Buy after I run a Detailing shop and I had to many problems with the Comcast business router, this router is in the expensive side but I stop having problems with my internet I have extremely happy with this Netgear router
