Default password did not work to access the device. However, once set up it does perform great, much better coverage than the ones networks provide.

Replaced modem supplied by cable company with this dual function item. No problems from set up on. Hope it continues for many years. Worked with Blue Shirts to decide what was the better choice for my needs. Appreciate their experience and guidance.

This is now my main router as my old router was outdated based on Xfinity standards. This is running great for me. Now, if I could just get Xfinity to deliver standard quality service it would help. Some days are better than others.

I was using a leased modem/router combo for the longest time and I am so happy I made the switch to buy this. It was extremely easy to set up, has increased my wifi range, and will save me money month after month.

Very pleased with my purchase, the wifi-router is infinitely better then our last one, increased both wifi speeds and range significantly, furthermore it's an easy set up and lathe software is easy to use.

I bought this router to relieve me of the xfinity rental charge and to add more devices for my smart plugs, switches, bulbs,etc. in my setup it’s a tad faster but not by much. Very easy to install and has had no issues at all..

We were using a modem/router from Spectrum, talked to a representative at Best Buy and found Spectrums equipment was about 3 years behind times and we were renting it so thought buying was a better option. The Nighthawk has been a great modem/router.

INSTALLATION WAS EASY, THE PRICE WAS THE BEST I FOUND, THE UNIT IS FASTER THAN THE ONE I WAS PAYING RENT FOR, AND SUPPORT IS PRETTY GOOD TOO.

After being totally frustrated with my "new" Xfiniti router/ modern, buying range extenders etc. knew I needed something different. This product is awesome. I have a three story 3500 sq ft house and this sits in the corner of the basement and works perfectly.

This upgrade in a modem/router is the best. My signal is so much better. I would suggest everybody upgrade their router/modem to this one. It works great.

I bought this modem/router to avoid the monthly rental charge from my ISP. The installation instructions were easy to follow and the modem/router function is flawless. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

We had an ancient Netgear router that would always cut out on us at certain times of the day. Due to working from home, it was time we updated. This has sped up our connection and the wifi no longer cuts out.

I get great and consistent high speed internet w this! I have 500mbps through Comcast and it’s pretty much around that speed trough Ethernet. I get about 200-300mbps through 5g WiFi. A bit pricey but worth it!

This router works well with Xfinity wifi. I havent observed any drops in connections. Speed is also good. I tested my connections speed and download speed came to be around 45Mbps. Maybe its due to my xfinity connection. The speed from this router stays high even when multiple devices are used simultaneously.

I purchase my first cable motor router a couple of months ago to replace my home network router which was having problems. Once I made the switch all of my problems went away. This is a great modem router so great I purchased 4 more.

I would love any product that helps me to cut into Spectrum's bottom line. I HATE Spectrum. They wont be a viable supplier for much longer. TV watchers unite and put Spectrum OUT OF BUSINESS!!! YEAAAAAAAA.

My old router/ modem stopped working over the weekend. I read the reviews on Best Buy and 90% of the reviews were positive. I checked Amazon then decided on Best Buy. I checked Time Warner and everything worked together. Simple setup and I good not be happier.

Bought this modem/router combo to use with my Cox cable service and it is extremely fast. Saves a bit of money not having to buy a modem and router separately. Only have it for about a month so only time will tell how reliable the router portion is.

This modem/router in one is fast for everything we need it for right now. We have a family of 5 and expect it to keep up with our demands and all of our devices. So far it has. A tad pricey but at least you save on modem rental fees.
