We upgraded to this router after 4 defective Motorola Surfboard routers within 6 months and we are very happy. We use Spectrum internet service and this router is extremely fast and the wifi has a very long range.

I have a large one floor house and the router modem is in one corner and the smart TV in the opposite diagonal corner. This has been a problem and now it is resolved. Happy with the connective service.

We have a 3500 sq ft house with 3 levels. Router reaches every corner and we stream movies from every floor with no issues.

I replaced an outdated Modem with this one for a family member. Their Internet speeds increased and they are very happy.

Worth the price and works perfectly well with optimum. The set up was easy. Although you do still have to call optimum so that they can update the MAC address and what not.

This router modem is very solid, provide a strong connection, would buy again.

I started looking for a new modem because my older one, also a Netgear, was beginning to give me troubles (wi-fi signal would drop, had to reset the device, and then the problem would come back the next day or in a couple of weeks). I chose the Nighthawk Dual-Band AC1900 because of the number of devices it stated it could handle and the very good reviews I saw in Best Buy and Amazon. So far it has not disappointed. Signal is strong across the entire house (one-story) with multiple devices connected and no issues. It is also more sturdy than the previous one and has 4 ethernet connections on the back.

I really love this door combination modem/router. It works great! I am using it to not have to pay for the rental fee for my Comcast modem. It is excellent! Cannot live without it!

everything about this modem router has worked wonderfully i was using the Comcast combo before purchasing this one and its been a huge difference! Definitely worth the buy!

A decent alternative to renting equipment from service provider.

I paid for rental on a Comcast modem/router for so long I could have bought 5 of these! still going good. besides number of devices Im not pushing this real hard.

It's an awesome device. I am able to connected more than 8 devices, and the speed is great. I like the size. I highly recommend it.

We had just moved into a newly purchased home In Bellingham and needed a router that would work with Xfinity. Salesman recommended this one and it has been a dream. Easy set-up and never a problem.

I love that I'm only paying Comcast the bare minimum for internet and saving on the $10/mo rental fee! It will pay for itself. Cancelled cable and currently stream tv and no issues with connection or speed.

We mostly use it to watch online streaming channels and work on our laptops and iPads. We've only had 3 issues getting online on but it was due to the weather. It's fast relatively affordable.

I purchased this NETGEAR - Nighthawk AC1900 Router with DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem to replace an old one and it works much better with more square footage.

Only had the AC1900 for one month and have no complaints. This is perfect if you have multiple electronic devices connected to the Internet at any time. I stream everything and play video games online with no hiccups.

Purchased this unit on the advice of the Best Buy associate. Works great. No issues and the unit takes full advantage of the cable speed that is offered here.

We where having problems with on wifi and saw an ad in Best Buy for another router. The Best Buy staff members help us and advise us this netgear router would be right one for us. We stay connected now. Awesome buy!

I really like my netgear nighthawk modem. This is my second one purchased, my first one lasted 4 years Even though it was $200 I feel like it’s cheaper than renting one.
