    An Internet router-modem combo is generally better than two separate devices. The Netgear works right out of the box. I plugged in a switch and run three computers problem-free. My wireless laptops love it.

    I bought this for a friend so she could stop renting the equipment from Xfinity. I got this on sale at a great price. In-fact when I bought it online it did not give me the sale price. When I picked it up the sales person gave me an even better deal than the sale price. It was very easy to connect to the system and Xfinity had no problem getting it up and running.
