    This solved multiple problems: We have plaster wall where previously with Comcast equipment we lost reception in bedrooms- no more issues, we were paying monthly rental to them and this unit will pay for itself in 6 months, daughter who games no more slow down. A few other minor improvements but hallelujah breakdown. Super easy to set up.

    Very Satisfied. Only problem I’m having is someone keeps stealing my WiFi. I understand that they keep cracking my router password. I’ve changed it twice. Not sure if this is a product defect or if this just a theft issue but I would sure like it to stop.

    This is an excellent wifi cable modem router. It has excellent security features and logging available, along with guest network capabilities. It supports MAC filtering, which is nice for locking down access. I also use the NetGear Genie feature to automatically backup all of our laptops over the wireless network. I also purchased one of these for my father and my son.

    We had a lot of drops on our WIFI. Had COX come out and check for problems , still the same. We got this and all the problems went away.
