Its slightly more expensive then most, but I've had this for over a month now, and it just awesome! It handles traffic well! With Docsis, it was just plug and play. I plugged my Comcast coax into it, it detected it immediately and did all the basic configuring on its own. In about 5 mins I was connected. I setup my wifi broadcast names and changed my passwords and was up and running. I pay for 200mb, and I can pull over 230mb easily on both Ethernet and even over the Wifi 5ghz freq ch. I've never had an issue with streaming to about 10 devices. The traffic is handled and managed very well. I've never had to reboot it once yet as well. I would def recommend this. It will pay for itself in the end!

We use a lot of online products at one time and we were having lagging issues. Once we got this my son can play his ps4 with no issues, I can use my computer and smart tv in my office and my wife can stream online all at once with no issues.

Easy set up and works great for a 2500 square foot house. No dead spots at all. Very glad I got the Nighthawk.

Range is awesome, and it is easy to set up and control through the app. Better deal than paying a monthly fee for renting equipment from service providers.

We had problems connecting with our old Router and Cable Modem throughout the house. This Router/Cable Modem was easy to set up and we can now connect from anywhere within our home.

This super fast router/modem combo replace my existing separate router and cable modem. It was easy to set up with its own unique password. It is faster with better coverage and uses one less plug.

I purchased Netgear - Nighthawk Ac1900 Dual-band Router With Docsis 3.0 Cable Modem - Black to replace my other router/modem that stopped working suddenly. We stream from Netflix, while playing online games, and playing you tube, or music streaming websites, and one or two phones attached and have yet to bog down this modem/router. Set up is easy, is easy to use, and works great! Connection is fast and strong and extends out of my 2500 sqft home with no issues. Signal strength is strong throughout house for wireless devices. Cons? none that I can name!

The instructions made setup easy and self installation only took about 20 minutes. The router has excellent range so I don't need an extender at all.

I had to replace my router when it died, so I decided to buy a combination modem/router to save space on my desktop and an outlet in my power strip. The AC1900 was on sale, so I decided to try it out. It turned out to be an excellent choice. It was incredibly easy to setup and activate with my cable provider. The available iOS app also allows me to manage all the router functions on my iOS device, and there’s also an Android version for those who need it. All in all, it turned out to be a great value for the money I paid, and I look forward to many years of use with both my wired and wireless devices.

Best router I've had. Range is great for a big house and brings out the max of the Internet you pay for. I'm a gamer and have gamer girlfriend and we both have no issues playing online simultaneously

A+ service. I'm very pleased with the device. It's working great, and saving me money already. It was a little tricky to set up, but Netgear techs helped me out greatly. Super fast speeds. Handles all my devices at once, even while streaming apple TV. My old modem I had to reset everyday. I've had this one for a minute now and haven't reset it yet. Great buy.
