    This product was defective when it arrives and could not be installed by a professional and therefore I returned it I was not happy with the product.

    It will not install with my new Brothers printer (from Best Buy)Called the store and was put on hold for 1 hr. It will not print wirelessly or with a usb cable.Help

    Hated this router. Worked great at first then seemed to become a mess eventually it stopped working all together and I had to buy a new router

    incase wondering if I can still return this item and get my refund it was bad bye we did not use it for even a month it was no good for our apt please confirm

    This router is terrible and would recommend going with something else. Runs very hot, doesn’t work well with multiple devices. Don’t recommend

    this modem router runs very hot. my internet kept dropping for the first two weeks and then it stopped working completely.

    We bought this modem to work with our new Comcast Xfinity service. The Comcast technician couldn’t get it to work so had to return it.

    had Comcast/Xfinity come out to install and private contractor said this will not work with services, so never even got to us that makes me stick with my current provider

    Had nothing but issues with this. It did not work well with my isp. Had to return it and get a different product. Not worth buying in my opinion.

    Cox internet.... but this Modem/Router is horrible.... constant hangups on the laptop while surfing and watching TV. Switched to Arris and so far so good...

    Found a Great deal on this router, drove to 3 hours to get it. The wi-fi worked, but would not produce internet. Extremely disappointed.

    This unit was shown as compatible on Xfinity's website. Problem is it doesn't have a port for your phone service from Comcast. You must get a modem/router from Comcast. Not Netgear's fault.
