Great router/modem. Very fast! So easy to set up. I am so happy I bought this product.

I recently cut the cord on most of my Comcast equipment including my modem/router. This NetGear Nighthawk was so simple to hook up and it truly is easy to connect to my existing Comcast internet connection. I had it hard wired by ethernet into my office computer but soon discovered the Wi-Fi was "faster" than the hard wire connection. So, I unplugged the ethernet!

Easy instructions. Plug and play if you like the name of the router. Fast and reliable.

Replaced an older model due to new devices being added. Internet working much better and no more printer problems or delays. This upgraded modem was an excellent choice. Also pleased with Geek Squad installation.

Replaced my Comcast modem/router. Will pay for itself in one year. No loss in signal, especially in previous spots were the signal used to weaken. Recommend on set up not to change the password. I did and I had to call Netgear to correct. They were knowlegable and glad to help. It was the password change that caused the problem

Must download the Netgear app to use. I bought this to use with my xfinity service. It worked great for 1 day then stopped. Called xfinity out. After testing all the possibilities the installer remembered that I needed to register it with netgear. I did then worked perfectly. The box should warn of this but it doesn’t. Once it was registered it was good to go!

Great router and cable, easy to set up, fast and easy to configure

When I first tried to set up my AC 1900, I went in circles with a Netgear Technical support rep who eventually determined that my router/modem must have come with the wrong password, so I needed to return to the store for an exchange. The second device activated quickly without issue and has remained stable. My Internet needs are moderate, so I haven't pushed the device to its limits, but it has performed well so far.

We had constant problems with internet dropping with my router and modem I received from Charter. Always had issues with my smart lights not working. Plugged this in, set it up, wow. Speeds jumped from an average of 6 to 80! I have had it almost a month, and have not had an issue with internet dropping, and not one issue with my smart lights!!
