This was a game changer from my modem/router I had from my internet company. Works great with Shentel but you’ll need to call to get it added to the account to work. Would definitely recommend!

great router for someone who wants the best. if you get internet provided through a cable company like timewarner I recommend purchasing a router you will end up saving money in the long run. this router is by far better than any router that will be provided to you if you decided to rent one through the cable company. in addition the genie app makes it very easy to use and change settings.

As far as the Router/Modem combo go, this is a great product. I bought this router because my old router couldn't handle the speed of my ISP. This router handles the 100Mbps speed from Comcast and allows up to 24 devices to be connected to the router at once. The instructions need a little editing. First, you have to call your service provider to add the modem before you do anything else. The instructions have that step as last. If you do that, the rest of the setup is extremely easy.

I was looking for a decent modem/router combo and this one is great. I’ve purchased two one for my mother and one for myself. Easy to setup both on the app and with my service provider. Spent a little more for the 4 Ethernet ports and it will still be relevant in several years to come

Easy to set up, Been using it for a few weeks. There's 2 of us working at home on our computers, relatively high data rate, plus one kid doing school work. Video conferences, large up/downloads, no problems. Also no problems running multiple platforms (TV, computers, tablets, phones) at the same time . Very satisfied.

I have been dealing with poor signal throughout my home with Comcast provided modems router combos. In my search I came across this gem. After reading reviews I decided to make the investment (the price is very steep in my opinion) and go with it. I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did the wireless signal reach my problem areas, it exceeds them. I also am pulling higher speeds than normal.

After renting router/modem for over a year, I decided to just buy my own & it was a great decision! I'm actually pulling more speed now with 4 devices connected, then I did before with only 3 devices. Netgear's free customer service was outstanding & quick to resolve my problem when I called; the problem was user error (me) & had nothing to do with the product itself.

This router is blazing fast and reliable. My last one was a Motorola and needed daily rebooting. This one has been solid and fast.

Plug in and go, easy peasy. Fast enough for several devices.
