I was very happy with the size - not only did it save me space by combining a modem and a router but turned out to be smaller than some routers and modems by themselves. In addition to that the 24x8 did help with unloading wifi channels so all devices did seem to work faster.

The modem/router connected right to Comcast and has been pretty stable for four weeks. The wireless router works well throughout my house. The whole thing is very fast. The best part is that it takes up less space than a modem plus a separate router.

Brought the modem because I didn’t want to pay $13/month for Xfinity modem. And so far I’m in love with it! You can use it if you’re living in an apartment and when you get your house it would be very useful.

Purchased to replace the 1700 which died on me. It was easy to install and has great range. I like the guest mode on it which will let friends and family to connect to the wifi without access to other devices that are connected to it. I would recommend this unit to anyone

I read about this, I spoke with a few respected sources, I spoke to the employee at Best Buy and I spoke to my cable provider, WOW. Everyone told me that this is the one to buy. This was for the 600mbps internet service. After installing and only receiving 150mbps, I had a tech from WOW come to my house and after troubleshooting, we found out that this modem wont kick out WOW's high internet speed. So i returned it and got the ARRIS surfboard modem and an ASUS Dual Band Gigabit Router. Not saying that the Night Hawk isn't great, because everyone says it was. I just couldn't use it. I would recommend this to a friend but not if they were WOW internet subscribers.

Got this at the recommendation of my cable guy to replace the one provided by my cable company. Made a huge difference. The old one used to drop connection all the time. I haven’t had that problem since installing this modem. Sleek and easy to use.

Signed up to Suddenlink, service was terrible, cut on and off all the time. We were thinking about canceling but decided to test and see if it was the garbage router they provide. It totally was because it works so much better now.

Great to use for cable and internet. quick set up. Reasonable priced.

Picks up signal easily and easy to use light weight

I haven't had any problems with this device. I have 4 devices using the internet at a time and the streaming is fast.

We had AT&T's slowest Internet service available in the entire country. After a year of frustration, we finally paid to get a Comcast high-speed line run to our house. With this modem/router and Comcast high-speed internet, life is much better...and faster, and my wife is happier. What else could you want.

Good performance, easy to set up, not too expensive

We purchased this equipment to replace one that we were renting one from a big cable company. It was a good price and the Best Buy employee was very knowledgeable in directing us to the best choice for our house.

Have not had this item long enough to give it anything other than a good rating. So far the performance is superior(download speeds 130 megs consistently) will wait to see if product life is as good as it's performance. Very nice to have both Modem,and Router all-in-one. JMJr.

This router is awesome - three bands it automatically assigns for optimum speeds. We stream 4 tvs simultaneously while two computers, an iPad and 2 phones are connected. Recommend this item without reservation.

So far so good on this new modem. It was easy to install and much faster than what we had.

It was so nice to tell cox to take their modem and shove it. Now to mention to get $10 knocked off of your bill as well. With the dual channels I can do computer work and my son can play his video games with no lag issues. As well I have no buffering issues with Amazon Prime, Amazon Fire Stick or Hulu.
