Replaced an xfinity modem. Excellent item, works right out of the box. Make sure you have the app installed on your smart device first, makes installation a breeze.

I really appreciated the associate recommending this modem when I ordered Comcast internet. He said it would be a better fit for our needs than the basic model, and that it was on sale. Works great so far!

I read through the quick start guide twice and just followed the instructions. I had a problem early on that was solved in just a few minutes by starting over and discovering one of the password entries in the router was missing a digit. My favorite part about the install was that as soon as it was running, the router opened a browser window to Xfinity and automatically activated my new device on their network. Total install time for new device (including renaming and new passwords), updating network for computer, phone, echo and dot, 2 fire tv devices, and 3 wifi switches: 1.5 hours. Device is working well.

Great product and good range. It was very easy to install. We should have bought years ago would have saved a lot off our tv bill.

This combo router and modem is awesome. I have not had to reset it. I can set it to where what devices use 2G or 5G. It has great range! Good bang for you buck!

I plugged it in and then I had interwebs. Hurra. Now quit asking me for reviews. Coming off as a little needy and if u cared about me as much as u let on you wouldn't have moved out of moling. I hate Iowa.

I bought this item because my last modem/router constantly gave me lag spikes. Although this one does as well, it's not very often. A solid steady connection most of the time. The app makes everything easier as well. I recommend this as a starter.

We are so much happier with this than what Charter gives you when you first get your internet hooked up. Such a great purchase.

Works like a charm! I recommend putting it in the room you need the fastest service, but having a combo modem/router is super convenient

setup was very simple to complete, including registering the modem/router with my cable provider. Signal is good throughout my house even though the unit is in the basement.

This modem is the FASTEST I have ever owned. I have no problem getting almost 200Mps during downlaod tests - and that's wirelessly from another room !!! Great modem. Highly recommend.

I am not a tech savvy person and reading manuals can sometimes be overwhelming HOWEVER Netgear made it very simple to put together. Basically plug and play! It is a MUST HAVE in a larger home.

Was on sale. Wanting to get rid of Comcast's. It was so easy to install for a 73 old. The worse part was having to input new password to all devices.
