This is a great modem/router. A little thick to self manage until setup but does offer instant setup or pre-configuration. I'm sure it will be better once I get the configuration down.

I had no problem setting up to cable. worked right away and I noticed an increase in speed. Very good

Great modem for Xfinity internet and phone. Easy to install. Onle downside is that you need to purchase a separate battery. It's not included.

The speeds and connectivity have been great when working well but it sometimes resets itself to default and that's annoying to set it up affresh every 2-3 months

Was having all kinds of issues with Comcast, this fixed 90 percent of them before the tech visit.

My old Zoom modem was constantly dropping my wifi connection even after resets...Figured after 8 years it was time to buck up for a new one....Picked this one up on recommendation of the sales associate, so far it hasn't disappointed....Very good wifi speeds and even better on my wired desktop...Am very pleased thus far!! The Geek Squad installed it, so I can't say if it is easy to install or not....Very nice piece of equipment...

This unit has made a world of difference in my wifi use. Everyone in my family is now able to get whatever they need online.

Bought this as a replacement for a NETGEAR C3700 because I upgraded my Xfinity plan and needed a modem that could handle the new speed & had more download channels to reduce the internet bottom neck of having my entire family stuck at home due to covid19. This modem has surpassed my expectations and if the C3700 is an indicator; in 2028, this baby should still be giving me great service!

Works good and I don’t pay to rent from the cable service

First of all good to have own equipment when you deal with internet company because unnecessary monthly fees honestly after research about 2/3 months I found netgear products are good with internet modem or router but two bad rooms apartment you can’t get enough signal I last room not big house it’s small apartment well mine last Comcast modam work just fine since I change to net gear and no update sent from company since I bought so I’m still skeptical to switch back to Comcast modam speed doesn’t gain just drop signals
