I was assured that this would provide strong, reliable WiFi signals for the whole family, and this Netgear Nighthawk has not disappointed. Four of us are home, Zooming, streaming content, or just reading on-line, and all signals are strong across our entire house, no matter how far you are away from the unit. This was a great choice for an upgrade! I definitely recommend it!

Real easy to set up. Also I get to save money by giving Comcast there equipment back.

modem that cable company gave always went out or lost connection, never with this, also range is better.

Needed a faster newer router, this one fit the bill and was easy to install

I bought this to replace my Time Warner modem. It works better and my speeds are topping out over 300 mgbits.

Increased download speed and deacreased lagging. Wish I had know to replace Timewarners equipment sooner.

This thing is awesome. Totally blows away the Xfinity box, and it will pay for itself over time.

I'm pretty technically adept, but wasted much of a Saturday trying to set up this thing. The setup using the app was not very helpful. It involves bouncing around between the Netgear app, Xfinity app and iPhone settings. When trying to get it to connect to Xfinity, I was caught in an endless admin sign in loop. Eventually, after I finally broke down and called India, it did connect to Xfinity. At a pathetic 30 mbps or slower. It eventually went all the up to 130 mbps (I pay for 400). I was getting 230 mbps on my old ancient modem just before trying to install this device. Netgear said I'd have to call Xfinity about the speed. Before I connected with Xfinity, the Netgear lost the connection and never would reacquire it. Xfinity couldn't help since they were unable to reach it. I put this garbage device back in the box and went back to my 6 year old modem and 10 year old router and instantly started getting 260 mbps. This device clearly doesn't work with Xfinity, though the box says it does. It's going back.

The router is perfect! I really needed it. The price was reasonable

so far i don't have any problem.been using it for two months.a good replacement for the modem in time warner.

Great wifi router. It's really fast and has made a big difference in connecting to internet quickly.
