    Upgraded my Comcast modem with this Netgear modem and it does have great speeds with wifi which I liked. the genie app is also nice which gives you control over your network on your phone. The only reason why I am wasn't 100% happy with it was because the range wasn't that much better than the comcast modem/wifi combo nor worth it for the price. I ended up returning it, if my place was smaller it would have been perfect. Would recommend unless you live in a big place.

    Purchased this as highly rated and approved by my ISP Spectrum. I do have internet issues and have to reboot the device regularly to clear the noise/status out of the lines. Most recommend to update firmware but my ISP is responsible for that and their most recent approved version is far behind current which is frustrating. Cant say for certain if my issues are with device or provider and unfortunately don’t have a better ISP option to switch to.

    I recently moved and have decided to order Xfinity. I have always purchased my own Modem Router and needed a new one since I opted for the voice option. I looked at this router and the one offered by another company with similar features. I have used Netgrear before and have had good luck with them. I purchased the modem and the Xfinity technician set everything up pretty quickly.
