I would not recommend this unit to anyone using Charter Spectrum Cable. The Nighthawk AC1900 was the best cable router I ever owned until Chart Spectrum changed some programming and rendered it a paper weight. I even bought a replacement Nighthawk AC1900 thinking that the unit had just gone bad. After many bouts with Charter Spectrum I had confirmed that the problem was on Spectrum's end. Spectrum does not include the Nighthawk in their "Tested/ Approved" list of compatible hardware. That said if you do not have Charter Spectrum Cable this unit would get a 5 start rating from me. This is a fast unit with multiple channels and is a breeze to set up.

The modem works fine now but not at the beginning. Having to go through hoops with Nightgear to get it active, was a pain. I will remember this and will check out other options if I have to replace.

So Far So Good. I've heard problems people had about it. I was unsure if I should buy it. Bought It anyways since I needed a modem/router. WalMart had it cheaper 2 weeks later but couldn't return it since it passed 7 days or price match it at least. Anyways 4 months in still going good.

I love it when something technological works. I purchased the Netgear Nighthawk Router & Modem to replace my cable service modem/router. Installation was flawless and worked from the git go. The WiFi signal was stronger throughout the house as well.

We have been having major issues with our internet/WiFi from Xfinity and the Netgear Nighthawk fixed us right up! We happily gave Xfinity back their modem that was junk! We haven’t had any internet issues since!

Totally satisfied with our product. We haven’t missed a beat with streaming.

it is a really good product and I received really good signal so far

So I've had this box for a while now. I've had more trouble with this box than my cable provider box. PS5 always run type 3 connection but if i hardwire to my tp link extender its Type 2 running a slower speed. Not sure whats going on with this box but it doesnt function well with PS5. I've had to restart this box amost 5 times for it to run right. When its running right its only for a small period of time until everything goes haywire again. Wish i could return it to get a different box but I'm sure I'm pass that window. Good luck

This is the best router/modem we have ever had! None of devices run slow anymore. Wish I had bought sooner Getting it set up was kinda of a pain but worth it

Have no problem getting online or streaming. Very fast.

On the second router now, not sure how the first one failed, but the second one has been working just fine.

and performing very well with one of the finest UI's Ive seen for the portals. Reboot times are normal and doesnt lose IP. Surprisingly weak, however, is its wireless strength in my structure. I have to get a booster to cover my house, where my last DOCSIS 2.0 covered everything at full strength. Also love the abilities to have different things on different bandwidths.

Recently had to replace another brand cable modem. Had previous experience with Netgear and this model just confirmed its a great quality brand and reliable! You will also future proof your investment as it has a great set of specs!

.THIS PRODUCT IS GOOD, BUT I HAD TO CALL MY SERVICE PROVIDER TO SET UP THIS MODEM/ROUTER. SO FAR WORKIS WITHOUT PROBLEM. WAS BOUGHT WITH A GOOD DISCOUNT AND I HOPE WILL WORK WELL.

After having problems streaming Netflix on our old rotor it is a treat to have the new Nighthawk give us uninterrupted TV and Netflix each evening. And it is TWC compatible so we are saving $8 each month in fees.

I am very happy with this router. It has good design and works very well. I recommend this product because of its signal capabilities.

This replaced 2 pcs of equip that were slow and dropped connection all the time. I do mean ALL the time. We would have extremely sporadic internet. Since getting netgear nighthawk router/modem combo, we have not lost connection once and the speed is great.

Speed is pretty good. Even with many devices tethered to it.

Nice to have modem and router in one package, so far performance is good
