Awesome router. Saving a lot not having to rent my xfinity router. Setup only took about 10 mins

I upgraded my internet and this router was recommended by Cox. I can plug in four LAN cables plus it has dual wi-fi. I'm really happy with this router

Works great & more channels than we had with cable.

This replaced the Netgear Orbi product which I found disappointing and much slower than this product in my application.

My internet was running slow at home. I have two laptops, desktop, iPad, and phones. I got that router that the salesman suggested. And I'm glad he did.

Love this modem!! As soon as it was up and running, I knew how badly the old modem had been...this connects quickly, and no internet problems.

Previous cable modems have had weaker wifi and user interface. Additionally they both died; one after a couple of years, the other a couple of months.

A good deal on a combo modem/router. And like always, Best Buy had what I wanted. And as usual, I find most of their staff to be courteous and knowledgeable.

all routers are just ok, this one is no different while it is very fast and great if you have cox 100mbs+ but it needs to be reset from time to time like any router.

Once it was operating, it’s a great router, but given the truly pathetic customer service offered by Netgear I wouldn’t buy another one. To be fair I am not a computer wizard. That said the first Netgear router I bought lasted about eight months, which is why I had to get another router. Now I also had a TP Link extender, but it turned out to be in compatible with this router. So like an idiot, I bought a Netgear router assuming there would be no problems, but unfortunately Netgear uses the Nighthawk app to communicate with your device, and as it turned out, the extender I bought, though it was a Netgear product Wasn’t compatible with the Netgear/Nighthawk app. If I had it all to do over again, I would not have purchased anything of Netgear.

The Wi-Fi router is doing its job. My internet provider not so much.

I've had a lot of different modems over the years. All of them gave me dead or almost dead zones throughout the house. Not with this one. It's great.

Decided instead of paying for Xfinity hardware each month that I would just purchase a modem with great functionality and save overtime.

My nighthawk In a 2400 square foot two story home located downstairs north end has enough bubble to provide the whole home with fast efficient wifi

although the people installing internet said this was a good router, it was not compatible with charter (cable) so we exchanged it- just make sure your router is compatible! We ended up with the net gear nighthawk router

It took me about a week to make a decision on cable modem. I am very pleased with my decision especially with the amount of ports that were included.

Great staff, very helpful with my needs. Will only purchase electronics from Best Buy.
