    Bought one of these and went through the process of calling my provider to ping the unit and it would not connect. Can not speak to the quality of the connect as the unit I bought was the last one in stock so I had to purchase another one to get my service up and running.

    We had problems with this all in one router/modem after only a few months...it started randomly dropping internet connection often and when we got a new separate modem and router the problem now seems to be resolved. I would not recommend these all in one units.
