This modem works GREAT WITH COMCAST. I called xfinity and they help get me up and running. It only took about 15 minutes to get me up and running.

This works great for everything except my IMac. On my Mac I have to constantly keep refreshing the router as it keeps losing connection. The router I was renting from TWC worked better on my Mac. Would not recommend for Mac users.

Reaches the majority of a big house with no issues.

It works really well. The dual band is convenient.

I bought this thinking my internet would be better but instead It gotten worse. I think my older netgear modem router combo was better and it was way cheaper than this. I don’t know if I would recommend this product. That was probably why itwas on sale.

My Wi-Fi seems to be very stable with this unit. Easy to setup!

Works fine as a router/modem. There are however only (4) ports which is not enough to support my setup. Also bought this to use with comcast voice and gigabit internet. Comcast has told me neither of those options are available using this router.

I bought two devices, It works well, signal is good.

We had a standard issued router from our internet provider but had dead spots throughout the house. Not any more! Works well for our Roku too.

I bought this after I couldnt get my netgear nighthawk to be compatible with my nest products especially door lock, this has fixed all that.

I'm so frustrated. I bought this based on an incorrect recommendation from a Best Buy chat agent. I messed up by not hooking it up until the return window had passed. This item does NOT have parental controls.

We were finally upgrading from DSL (too slow and would stop working when it rained!) and purchased this as the best modem/router on the TimeWarner list of devices to choose from. Should have bought something cheaper. Within a week, it would stop working, and pushing "reset" only worked for a little while. When I contacted TW customer service, they told me to completely unplug all the wires for a couple of minutes (which does work). When I asked why this keeps happening, I was told that is is a function of the device, that not all devices work well with TW. Then why is it on their list of approved devices? It is super fast when working.
