Unfortunately, along with the router I bought, my cable company said it was not compatible, so I had to return. Otherwise, I do trust this brand and would buy again under better circumstances.

It's a good router even though my Internet isn't great

Wish I could give it a 0 star, this is a device to buy if you would like to waste you time and be super annoyed all the time. Spend hours on internet troubleshooting. The product can't even hold a stable internet connection. So forget about any video conferencing or even a audio call. If you ever run into a problem, Netgear support is horrible, they will keep you on hold for hours and hope the call will get disconnected automatically. All they care is to make you pay for the support. Inspite of having a valid warranty the manufacturer is not ready to honor it and is pushing the issue to ISP. Changing to a different modem/router (loaner) is able to solve the problem. I am caught up in a tussle between ISP (xfinity) and Netgear, nobody is ready to own the issue. Now the cable modem router is useless after 6+ month usage..

The router works great and it also does WiFi for the internet. I haven’t had any problems with it either.

Probably a good router-modem combination especially if you have limited space. However after reading other reviews I found that it's better to have a separate modem and router, especially if your service is coming via cable.

Have problems with 5G portion of it constantly going in and out still to this day. Don’t know if there’s a fix haven’t had time to look into it yet. I’ve had this Product for a month now.

I have had netgear eqpt in past and was always happy. However this unit is just not usable. I have had unit for 11 weeks now and it still doesn't work with Ethernet. I have had ten separate calls with service group and none were able to fix problem. They tried to say it was my service provider, but that was totally wrong as I have checked with them, and they verified my service. Bottom line is I am now waiting for a replacement unit from Netgear. That is costing me $17 in shipping as a they don't pay for replacing broken hardware, even though it never worked. I would buy another brand.

I thought this unit would speed up my WIFI but it didn't. It's no faster than the Spectrum router but I am keeping it. It was easy to setup. It's no slower so it's saving me $5 a month but it cost $192.00 with tax.

For the speed and dual nature of this product, you get exactly what you pay for. That’s a good thing.

This product only work good for about a year after that it did not. I also paid another year on the warranty before it was to be supposedly working and it still didn't.

I got rid of my cable router and bought this it works great and highly recommend getting one of these.

Purchased this device to replace my comcast router which I was paying $11 month, At first, the installation process was easy, but after being connected for several days, I keep loosing connectivity and all IOT devices kept loosing signal which was a real pain to reconnect. There are other products for half the price that can do the same job while keep your connectivity longer. I personally would not purchase this model again.

My old Cable Modem died, I looked all around for a good one for a connected home, this is Awesome !!

The technician showed up and installed it very quickly. It is fast and so far has been great for me.

Thuis is a great combo cable modem/router! It easily handles all my devices in any room in my house.

My son hooked this up for me and seemed to be a little tricky. After approx 2 months, realized this was not compatible with my internet service provider. Had to return.

We had a little trouble hooking ut up but once up and running it is so much better then what we had

Bought this box to work with xfinity network. It works fine for the wired main box, but it will not work with any wireless cable boxes. I called xfinity and they confirmed it. Therefore, i had to return it.

This modem router was worth every penny. Streams at great speeds and is very small space friendly.
