I came to the store swap a device which did not work with my network. The first person I met to who took device was very respectful. After what I wanted, I to the front desk for check out. I was trying to explain this staff that I was swapping the device, he wouldn’t listen to me and he was so rude. He charged my card again instead of swapping with the first device. He even didn’t ask me if I wanted a warranty on the device. He don’t deserve to work with customers.

Man, this was recommended by my ISP. Then Netgear stopped supporting it. Then my ISP slowed my speeds by half because I'm not using their router. Sucks.

This router was a game changer for us. No more resetting 5 times a day or taking turns to stream!

Was not quite that impressed about the performance of this router, not sure if it was my Comcast subscription causing my iPad to slow a bit or my iPad itself. Overall I think this is not worth the high price than the others.

Will throttle internet from Spectrum. I can pull 1gbps from my cable with a different device. When I connect the Nighthawk I get 50 - 60 mbps. Super disappointed. Wasted about 2 hours on the phone with Netgear. This is only 90 days old and they told me I need to use the warranty to get a new one. Luckily I have a protection plan on it from Best buy and I'll use that and get away from Netgear.

I won't recommend this product, As this project has label certified with Xfinity service and can support upto 800 Mbps, but I have 800 Mbps super fast internet connection from Xfinity. Speed is extremely dropping when it on WiFi mode. (170 out of 800 Mbps) and had technician visit, and they denied the infom mentioned on product label.

it works ok. i don't have a big house, but where the modem/router is located is on the other side of the house. it doesn't reach very far and drops the connection on and off. The closer i am to it, of course, the better it works.

Does not work well, wifi kicks off periodically. Bestbuy would not let me return past return date but it's not a reasonable amount of time to test the device.

Excellent cable modem/router. Much better than the spectrum standard issue. Fast and reliable.

The best equipment for WIFI. Our WIFI signal is the strongest it's ever been. The equipment that we leased from the cable company was terrible,. we would lose our signal constantly and had to sign in many times a day.

Works well with the Xfinity internet service. Do need to reboot it periodically, but not sure if this is a factor of the internet provider vs the router itself.

Im experiencing a lot of droppage. Ive been trying to trouble shoot this myself because i like to think im not a total idiot but they make it VERY DIFFICULT. Can’t even get into the app because it says I have to update the firmware but the firmware is updated according to the list on Netgear site. I’m pretty disappointed by the performance as well. And the technical support is TERRIBLE. I tried to get assistance and got hung up on twice before giving up. This will be the last time I purchase netgear.

Everything works great. Single device for modem and WiFi router. Easy to connect via web. Only complaint is lack of QoS and scheduling by device.

I had difficulty setting this bad boy up. I called customer service and ask they tried to do is sell me an extended warranty.

I'm having issues, it's literally in the same room as this and images are slow to load on my phone. On my tv, the sound isn't matching the video. I believe all this is due to poor connectivity. I'm not very techy so I could've done something wrong. I hope I can figure it out, if not, I'm going back to renting from xfinity.

It doesn't send out the proper mb/ps that i actually pay for. But it works.
